We stayed there 6 days. Nice chef and restaurant at the hotel is awesome. Great breakfast. Had great time. Rooms are extremely clean. Morgana, the front desk manager was awesome. She has gone out of the way to help. This is the choice of hotel for Gate1travel visitors. I recommend any one to stay. Rooms are affordable. Visiting from USA, finding nice place to stay, very close to Florence, centrally located to drive down to Rome, Venice, Milan, Florence, Pisa, and many cities.

Excellent service from Fabiola she was amazing. Breakfast was decent. The town and restaurants are really nice. Parking is easy at the hotel. The room was always clean😊

Great hotel within walking distance to the train station, restaurants, and shopping. The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms size is excellent, beds could use an upgrade and breakfast has a good variety.

It started out well with a very friendly receptionist and a quick check-in. But then I opened my room and it wasn’t clean, not even the bed changed! So I waited a bit for housekeeping to finish then arrived to my sterile, blah room with a bed hard as wood. My friends were tired from their 7am arrival and so we ended up eating at the hotel with a bunch of Americans. The food was surprisingly mostly all good. I had no problems until the second night where the electricity to my room couldn’t detect my room card inserted and so I had no electricity. A guy came up and told me basically that it was broken and I needed to switch rooms. So he goes and gets me a new key and takes me to the room. Less than 10 mins later he comes back and said he fixed it so I lugged my stuff back to the room. He should have just had me stay in the new room. NOTE: this is right next to a cemetery if that freaks you out. Also it’s kinda desolate walking from the train station at night but my friends and I had no issues with actual sketchiness. It’s near the backside of the train station which is convenient if that is your mode of travel. A longer walk to town but the town isn’t too big.

Rooms are neat and the staffs are quite friendly. Close to the town. And CYCLE rides!!

Aside from trying to find the entrance, hidden in that alley, we would definitely stay here again. The staff was always friendly, polite and helpful. Buffet was adequate. Very centrality located to train and near other areas of Tuscany. Even a small child's sink in each room ;)

Stayed several nights here as part of the Gate 1 travel deal. Nothing spectacular about the hotel but the rooms and services are adequate. Breakfast was better than expected, with scrambled eggs and lots of breads. Parking is unusual as it's on a one way street behind the hotel. Easy walk to town and train.
