The location is very well for convenient to shopping and city traveling,I am thankful the employee when I lost cellphone in the lobby they keep it all day ,but every one should be careful to avoid people who try to steal Wallet behind you in revolving door.

The first room was small with 2 twin beds pushed together to make a single bed - very uncomfortable! They did switch us to much better single king bed - was finally able to sleep. But the maid service was poor. I had to ask to have the room cleaned even though we had been out over 5 hours. There was never a complete set of towels. There were initially 2 bottles of free water in the room but they were never replaced (this may seem minor, but in our previous hotels, they provided 2 new bottles each day, even when we used only one). This hotel is not to the hotel chain standard. We very much enjoyed the same MGallery hotel in Venice!

Very upscale hotel. Fantastic decor. Our room was very spacious and inviting with robes, slippers, shavers, toothbrushes, etc included. The hotel is in the center of everything. Has both make up and turn down service with a chocolate! Fantastic breakfast (with cake!) included with the pricer packages.

One of the best hotels in Florence, The rooms are fantastic, the breakfast was 5 stars, and there are a snacks & coffee between 3 to 6 pm.

Quality hotel, Great Staff and Location cannot be more central in Firenze, just look left out of the hotel, Duomo 3 mins walk.
Firstly huge thanks to Lara on front desk. So happy and helpful with tips of places to see and just made our stay feel comfortable if we needed anything it was sorted within a few mins.
Also at the breakfast the gentleman host was so hospitable I feel awful forgetting his name.
Rooms for a city hotel were large. Recently refurbished with finishes definitely to a hight standard. WiFi works awesome even had double sofa bed and lounge area. Breakfast had decent selection as I can be fussy and most importantly food was all good quality.
Also I appreciate the hotel offering free coffee and biscuits from 3pm-6pm self service.
If we visit Firenze again I wouldn't bother looking else where.
If your like me and appreciate fashion then all the best boutique shops Gucci, Prada etc then just walk into the road directly opposite the hotel and I'd also recommend Obica bar restaurant in the same road.response / report this review -

Put it this way I wish they had availability for us to stay here longer. The staff was excellent, the room was clean, and the location couldn't have been better. Well done!
