Clean, elegant, great views. If you want the Almafi Sorrento experience this is a good choice. Breakfast was good but not great. And the stall was super helpful. On the water and right on the tourist area.
For the price a beautiful hotel. Modern fresh minimal style that's well kept. Our host Rosa was charming and friendly making us feel welcome. Would definitely recommend.
Wonderful view and quient rooms in a style fitting the region. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The included breakfast was nice as well. Centrally located but of the main square, of come back here in a heartbeat despite the few flaws, mostly due to an aging build. Still kept up well, but don't expect a modern Hilton type experience (but if you want that, you're probably better off in Rome).
Great location and views. Food in all restaurants is good. Staff very friendly .
Rooms are well equipped but not anything special.
Stayed here for a week in 2009 and 2017 and loved it both times.
The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating.
The bar and restaurant have incredibly views across the bay making them lovely places to spend time at in the evening.
It is very convenient for the main square and shopping alleys, and is also less than 10 minutes walk from Sorrento station.
Would be incredibly happy to stay here again.
The gardensl and property are magnificent. the staff very friendly and professional always wanting to help. The only reason why I did not give them 5 stars is because the bathrooms are still very dated and the showers are very tiny.
Lovely old world hotel.Beautiful views from bar and breakfast room .
Did not eat dinner but breakfast was superb, something for all tastes.
Attentive staff helpful in all matters.
The positives. All the staff were very pleasant and smiling and acknowledged us throughout our stay here. Lovely gardens and pool/pool area so you feel a little more relaxed as soon as you enter the property from the busy touristy part of town which is right on the doorstep. Very close to lots of restaurants of all price ranges and it's a very short walk down the cliff (or pay for the lift) to the harbour to take the bigger boats to Capri/Amalfi/Positano/Naples.
The negatives. This is Italy so a 4 star hotel actually means 3 star hotel pretty much anywhere else in the world we paid for an ocean view and had #409 on the top floor which of course did have a lovely view unfortunately the room was very tired/dated so to be honest we didn't really want to spend much time there view or not! The buffet breakfast was plain average, the hot options were limited, there was no orange juice but plenty of tea/coffee? The very decent sized swimming pool was unheated and the pool bathrooms also need a complete refurbishment yuk!
All in all we didn't think the hotel offered good value for money.
The hotel grounds are beautiful. The view from our room is amazing. We have not eaten dinner here, but breakfast was fantastic. Staff is friendly and accommodating.
Great experience, friendly staff and very nice room. They take care of your car. Breakfast is also very good, amazing sea views. Fresh orange juice is not included and a bit expensive, but everything else was very nice.
