Small hotel but well localized.
Free wifi.
Contemporany.
Small rooms but well decorated.
The breakfast is good but poor.. low variety and a small room.
The views are terrible. Either you go to street view with walls around or to a playground of a kindergarten.
The staff is ok. Not rude.
4 stars is overrating it.
3 stars was more than fare.

The best is the location. Next to metro and Tran station. Walking distance to Colesum. Hotel is OK. Breakfast got everything, but not best quality. Juice is watery. Bacon more boiled than fried.
Suit with jaccusi is closed during winter. I don't understand why. It's when it is cold you really would love to jump in to warm water.
Rooms are cold.
Good cleaning.

Rooms were clean but small and obviously had a lot of wear and tear and not much repair (water damage, broken mirrors, cracks in the walls). First room had a broken (?) air conditioning unit and gurgled the whole night they moved us to a different room that backed onto a very loud school play yard. The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows were hard The outside of the hotel was also messy Definitely not 4 stars

Hotel was gorgeous! Staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast choice was poor and cold and only other problem was the shower was so small I struggled to move about in it.

Nice hotel. Well located, reasonable price and very friendly staff. 5 min walk from Colisseum and well connected by train and metro to the airport. Definitely recommended.

The room was only average as the interieur already began to fall apart. For example power outlets and the toilet flush were not solid and had to be used with care. The breakfast however was good. Especially the bread was quite tasty.
