Although the C Hotel Ambasciatori would be by most accounts considered to be a very nice hotel - close to train station and walking distance to most attractions, upscale and modern, large rooms, fun ambiance, a beautiful onsite bar, fresh and delicious breakfast spread, I wouldn't return to this hotel because of the unbelievably RUDE STAFF. They are especially rude to non-Italian speaking guests!!!

We instead chose to spend our third and final night in Florence at the Club Hotel around the corner, which is surprisingly their sister hotel. The staff there is super friendly and accommodating.

Beautiful decor. Very nice breakfast offer. The rooms are comfortable but very small. Only a very small table available in the rooms and no shelfs etc. All in all recommendable.

Worst hotel ever! Walls are paper thin! Can hear the rooms next door talking clearly and everything they are watching on TV. Every time they turn on water or use the washroom you can hear it. You can even hear the chair move on the hardwood next door! Hotel staff are rude and don't care about your stay. Washrooms come with nothing but shampoo. Can't even blow your nose since they don't even provide tissues! Definitely far from a 4 star hotel and have no idea how they are even receiving a 4/5 review!

Great view work a very convenient location right next to main railway where you can easily book a trip to Rome, Milan, Venice and more. 10 minute walk to all main attractions. Concierge speaks English and can give great advice.

I am use to small European hotel rooms however, the room at Hotel Ambasciatori was tiny. The only place to open our suitcases was on the bed. If using the bed, our suitcases had to be closed up and standing by the wall. Noise from everywhere hotel is right by the train station noisy all day and all night (made for a rather seedy area). Second floor lounge was noisy all the way down the hall to our room. Music blaring until late, after 11 p.m. Getting from and to our tour bus was horrible had to carry all of our luggage around the block because there is no place to park near the hotel. Would never recommend to anyone.

nice hotel facing to the metro station just across the street. nice friendly stuff they just need to find a solution for the sewer smell Infront the hotel since it keeps coming in .

Directly across the street from the main rail station, 10 minute walk to all the attractions and great food. The staff were very friendly and cordial compared to our stay in Rome. The rooms were spacious and modern. Just a great place to stay.
