Nice Place, not so expensiveFood is good too and the position is near The Stadio Olimpico. Room was nice for the price .

A place to sleep, somewhat clean. A/C wasn't working the first night. Breakfast in the morning is a bit crouded and on the lower end of quality scale. I killed 1 silverfish bug 2 nights in a row. Cleanliness could 100% be improved, since there were black mold in the corners of the shower. Outlets in the bathroom were odd since when you try to unplug you hairdryer for example the entire socket come out! A serious fire hazard in my eyes. We spoke to the manager, and she was zero help. Basicly the job she's there for she could not do "customer service". Positives About a 18 min drive from the Vatican.

I did not stayed at the hotel, but I enjoyed both the views from the top of it, and the tranquility. It looks like a great place to take a break.

Review based on a 7 night stay in July 2017.

Good location, quiet suburb with 3 minute walk to bus stop and 20 min ride to the city (7 days a week and most hours!). Good local restaurants and supermarket less than 5 mins walk away which is important as food and drink options at the hotel are limited.

Hotel is clean and contemporary but a bit basic for 4 star accommodation. Pool area is nice but costs a supplementary 15€ per person per day!!

Food and drink options in the hotel during day time are limited to what is in the pool bar (not much) restaurant only open for breakfast and evening meals. Nice restaurant but service is slow and difficult to get a table unless you book in advance.

Ottima struttura che da l'idea di un buon soggiorno le camere sono pulite ed arredate con buon gusto in stile moderno; presenti frigo con bibite e snack e cassaforte oltre che un bollitore per l'acqua con due bustine di the e due per bevanda al ginseng. Buono lo spazio esterno che però sembra non essere sfruttato a dovere, magari con l'arrivo del caldo le cose potrebbero essere diverse. Presenti campi da tennis, piscina, servizio Bar, palestra fitness, sala ricevimenti molto ampia e servizio ristorante (Che merita una menzione a parte). Solo discreta invece la manutenzione della struttura, che vede alcune zone a cui non viene data la giusta attenzione: come la fontana nello spazio esterno che è piuttosto sporca, alcune parti della facciata scrostata e cose così Buono il numero di parcheggi, anche se forse non abbastanza quando ci sarà l'alta stagione, migliorabile l'accessibilità per disabili: l'accesso è posteriore e dalla zona ristorante, mentre i bagni non sono attrezzati anche se bisogna dire che gli ambienti sono abbastanza ampi per girare in camera con una carrozzina elettronica da adulto se si ha la possibilità di "aggiustarsi" può andar bene uguale insomma Ed infine il ristorante conviene fare un "passaggio anche per qua" se si è ospiti dell'hotel Excel montemario, anche se magari non si ha compresa la mezza pensione servizio di alta qualità ed ambiente con luci soffuse e riposanti, forse un filo troppo Consigliata la cacio e pepe ai 4 pepi e la carbonara Molto buona anche la pizza ed i dolci che, quest'ultimi, fanno davvero da fine cena e difficilmente deludono Presente anche una discreta scelta di vini e bevande, prezzi nella media del settore Molto piacevole la cordialità degli addetti al servizio ristorante e check-in

Looks better on pics than what it really is. We've got a quite small room with no air conditioning in middle August. Quite a nightmare while sleeping.

Clean . nice staff . big room. Nice gym .but far from metro . breakfast not so good
