Nice hotel but far in distance. Save the taxi money and stay closer to the sights! But very quite and nice sized rooms.

Great location. Can't say that it was great or terrible. It was nice. It was clean. It was very conveniently located. I would go back.

Located within blocks of the main train and bus station. Lots of restaurants nearby. Good breakfast each morning. This was a great choice for our 4 days in Rome

Stayed at the hotel for four nights. Man at the front desk, named "Federico" - extremely rude and dismissive, couldn't be bothered to get off his "chair" in the back room to come to the counter to ask basic questions. I'm certain that if his boss was present, he would have been much more professional.

Despite a non-smoking room, it smelt like smoke every day.

    Don't waste your money.

We were in Italy in August 2016 and we stayed at Hotel Villafranca in Rome.
The hotel was beautiful, and the staff were friendly, and the food was great. We were so close to many cafes and the train station was very close by. Hotel was clean.

Staff was not very friendly, breakfast was pretty average. Very nice balcony, though the room itself is a bit outdated. Some wall sockets as well as the fridge did not work.

This hotel is close to the train station and the tourist bus. Has a few restaurants around it. The staff was great and very helpful. Special thanks to Gioseppe and the cleaning staff. They went out of their way to help me.

It's a pretty run down place. Really really good location and pretty cheap, though. One particular incident was a bit over the top. The last night in town, around 3am the ceiling panel in the entryway came crashing down all on its own. Bad wake up call, to be sure. There was also a ceiling panel over the shower that was not there. The toilet also ran all night. It was pretty clear what I was in for when I saw that the place used to be a Best Western. I mean, that's a bad sign right there.

The breakfast in the morning had some OK stuff, but go early because it goes quickly.

had good time in this central located hotel, near Termini railway station. The room was large and clean, the reach buffet breakfast is served in a nice restaurant on the ground floor. The prices are reasonable
