Should be a 5 star hotel. Amazing, great friendly service. I came here last year when travelling and touring Rome. The food is top notch. The rooms were so cool and modern. This was one of my favourite hotels on my month long trip. Easy for the bus to pull up and collect us all. Clean, tidy, looks expensive but they gave us a great price. Even the hallways smell great

Very beautiful rooms with pleasant ambient deco. Corridors are a bit unpleasant and dark. So before you get into your room you have to walk through scary passage. Other then that its upscale. And recomend.

Very nice rooms, hotel quiet and breakfast very nice. Friendly staff. Quite near a supermarket and local bus route. Could do with complimentary water/coffee/tea though.

It's a nice clean hotel simple breakfast mainly for business trips i suppose a little far from the center of town but the bus no 160 gets you there.if your coming for shopping would suggest something a little closer as taxi fares a 25€ each way or you can jump in the hotel shuttle at 5€ each way per person

It does not seem a 4 star hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable but due to a problem in the building, we didn't have hot water for a whole day. They also made a mess with our reservations because they didn't check our names. It is also very far from the city centre so do not go to this hotel if you want to visit old Rome. The food in their restaurant is not bad nor good, ordinary food.

Big hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast offer is very rich and good quality. The staff is professional and helpful. The only issue is if you get here by public transport, because the hotel is away from the city and subway, 10-15 minutes walking from bus stations, and taxis in Rome are very expensive and not really famous for their honesty.

The rooms are clean and beautiful. The kitchen staff handled breakfast for our entire high school bands trip wonderfully. Very modern and comfortable.
