Basic hotel near the train station. You hear the morning traffic well. Small rooms.
This hotel is centrally located in the city of Rome. It's close to public transit which is nice. The rooms have strong AC in the rooms but the hallways and stairways aren't air conditioned which can be a bit annoying when you having to walk up the stairs after a long day. They do have an elevator but it only holds 4 at a time so if there is a group better just be prepared to hike up or wait a while. The rooms are clean and the provided breakfast is a nice feature. The hotel also provides free wifi but can be a bit tricky to get it to work right on some devices while others connect fine. Overall I like the hotel at would stay here again.
I will give 5* because, the rooms are very clean, the staff is very friendly and professional, the location is great. If we come back to Rome, I would stay at this hotel again.
Definitely recommend. Nice design, good sound isolation, great breakfast, very clean. WiFi questionable because you have to log in via social network. Why? And they don't say anything at the reception, WiFi information should be obvious I guess. Didn't care because of roaming package though but still.
Quaint little hotel hidden in the heart of Roma, short walking distance from Roma Termini. Comfortable beds, great communication to any questions I had via email, highly recommend
Great place, great location, great service!
I was there one night I was first given a room that had been used and not cleaned. They came with a new key saying there had been a room change for a client, which wasn't informed in their system. The new room was clean but there was no blanket in the bed (in December! Rome is not a super cold city but yet, it was 5 degrees). The heating wasn't working, I tried the thermostat and the manual heater in the bathroom but nothing. It only started at 6.30 when I had to wake up. They only serve breakfast from 7.30am which is rather late for a week day (it is mostly from 7am) so they had offered to prepare breakfast box to take away. Too good to be true. It wasn't there when i went to pick it up (nothing on their computer again). They offered to make one but it was too late. A minor extra problem was the noise of a ventilation system next to my window, but I personally could live with that if it weren't for the cold. Seriously there's a thousand places you can go to in Rome. No need come here. On top of it, it's not cheap.
The room was as shown on the website the desk clerk spoke very good English and was very accommodating only problem was the first day we stayed we could change some TV channels to English the next week we couldn't
