The location of the hotel is good but the housekeeping staff is terrible. The woman who was in charge of room service and cleaning was not welcoming at all. She was very rude. She screamed at us in front of all the guests for no reason. We also received no apology from the staff. I feel this hotel needs to improve in terms of getting better staff who treat guests with respect.

HORRIBLE STAFF, BEDBUGS, BAD WIFI! The staff was so cold and so UNWILLING to help out even going to the point of screaming at the guests for no reason! It's better to spend a little more money and go to a better hotel than go to this one! A camera was stolen in the 3 minutes EXACTLY it was left in the dining room with no one in the room except the staff and the hotel is not responsible! Overall, it has bad surroundings but pretty close attractions. The closeness is the only good thing about this is the location.

Surprisingly good after reading some bad reviews for this hotel. Location is fine near to the train station, the hop on-hop off bus service and some excellent restaurants. Room was very clean (definitely no bed-bugs!).

We were supposed to stay at Hotel Fiamma for 4 nights, however on the first night we had to leave during the night as the beds were filled with bed bugs. My friend awoke to very uncomfortable swollen bites all over her face, arms and legs. We left the hotel immediately and had to find alternative accommodation at 3am. The staff were incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful and are now refusing to give us a refund. I would absolutely NOT reccommend you to stay at Hotel Fiamma. It was an absolutely awful hotel experience and my friends leg bites became badly infected during our stay in Rome and she had trouble walking during the rest of our trip in Italy. The hotel is refusing to give us any form of compensation nor are they even willing to give us a refund for the 4 nights. Disgusting service.

Situation of the hotel is OK but the place needs to be completely refurbished. Service hardly OK. Rather disappointing for a 3* hotel (might be the standard in Rome). Our room had a no view (= on a wall).

Great location. Close to Termini station. The room was a single room so it was small and compact. The breakfast spread was decent everyday. The only drawback was the noise when it was raining outside at night. There was no sufficient sound proofing and the noise of rain falling kept me away for quite a while.

Overall, good value for money.
