Very small room. Even smaller bathroom. If you are a big man such as myself I recommend getting a bigger room elsewhere.

Beds were making squeaky noises whenever I moved a little which was annoying. It's not awful so it's not 1 star but I only recommend going there if you're short on cash and only staying for 1 night.. Maybe 2 max and don't care about space and accommodation much. Only sleep there.

Costumer Service bilingual good communication skills, staffs are friendly, complimentary breakfast good you can choose a lot of hot and cold drinks in the morning, Bathroom very clean always changes the bed sheets nice and neat. Near to everywhere, tourist attractions.

Hotel Luciani is a no-frills hotel. It's cheap and you get what you pay for. We had a small room with a shared bathroom. The lobby and front desk seemed a little chaotic and disorganized, albeit friendly. When we checked in we were brought out onto the street and around the corner to another building where Hotel Luciani has more rooms. I found that a little inconvenient and annoying. However o would say the service was good and the staff were friendly.

The location is near to stazione termini and the metro station. The hotel is cute: few well kept rooms at the first floor of a condominio.
Personell is very kind and helpful. Recommended.

The area is nice, it's handy being so close to the train station. The people that work at the hotel are welcoming, but the showers aren't very nice and the rooms feel cramped.

Perfect! Near to Roma Termini.

Don't have a lift, and which is pretty odd as you need to climb 2 floors. And if you are a tourist that means climbing 2 floors with a heavy luggage sometimes.

Awful place with tatty rooms,dreadful view and the smell of cooking constantly in the air.. Everything about this hotel is budgetnot recommended at all. 2 stars is generous.
