  We booked this lovely location on promotion, it was €45 a night. The place is beautiful and cozy. Very tastefully decorated with coordinating colour. There's a shared kitchen area that could sit 6-8 people at the table.
  
  We stayed in the lavender room, which had a queen-sized bed plus a loft with a double-sized bed. There was lots of room for storage and suitcases (we had two big ones). A small but cozy sitting area (think balcony sized furniture), with complimentary water, tea, and fruits provided.

  I really love this place. Has the rustic old Italian feel. Very nostalgic. Run by very young members of the same family. Brothers and sister are so friendly and always eager to recommend good visiting or eating places. And they serve wonderful breakfast! They have different kinds of ham, salami, pastries, cheese, cereal, jam, honey, butter, breads, fresh fruits. Their coffee is also mama mia! Oh…do not forget to order the omelette from the kitchen. The sister makes fantastic omelette!They are situated very near, within walking distance, to the Roma Termini, which makes travelling very convenient. I had a very memorable stay with La Casa di Amy.

  Friendly, family-owned hotel in a clean, safe courtyard building just steps from Stazione Termini. A great value with important amenities like free wifi and bountiful breakfasts. Strongly recommend!

  Spent first two nights in Rome here, very welcoming friendly staff, room was great, excellent breakfast and the location not far from the main train station/metro is great too. Would highly recommend staying here.

  Friendly staff, lovely rooms and great breakfast! Worth to try! Near the Station, it is a great spot to move around the city. Great value!

  Excellent location close to Termini train station. Family run with friendly helpful staff. Good variety for breakfast. Air-con in bedroom worked well in 38c temperature of July

  The location is very useful if you are someone who uses trains a lot, it is very close to Roma termini and a metro station. This being said it being close to a major station means there are lots of people out trying to sell to tourists and all the shops are really touristy and tacky. The rooms here are really nice and well fitted out. There isn't a kitchen at this hotel!!! Which was a major let down for me. They also dont have a laundromat so you have to go to the one across the road which isn't too bad. The staff are very nice and very helpful.
