Exceptionally clean room and bedding that made our stay enjoyable. Although it is in a neighborhood location, we only walked a block to bus station where we went to Galleria, Colosseum, and many other major attractions. Love the Italian's friendliness. Enjoyed the food from hotel and restaurants very much. We'll be back! Highly recommend this wonderful cozy, clean, great service, and good breakfast hotel.

Excellent hotel. Close to bus stop, metro and train station. Very clean, friendly staff. The breakfast exceeded our expectations..Numerous choices. Great restaurants and coffee bars close to hotel. Nice residential neighborhood. Would definitley stay here again!

The room was tidy and the bed comfortable. The bathroom shower looked moldy and needed a good cleaning. Good quality Dove soap products were provided. The breakfast was decent and well stocked. Plenty of parking was available, but I do not recommend driving in Rome if at all possible, even just to this hotel. I had dinner at the restaurant and would not recommend it. Any other restaurant in Rome would be better.

Far from the tourist attractions, but good hotel in Europe. We had a nice bathroom in the room. I was surprised that there were two twin beds pushed together to create a king bed, but it was ok. The breakfast in the morning was delicious! We really hang out in the city almost all day from morning to night, so we weren't there very often. Staff was friendly though!

The hotel is near a bus stop that takes you to the Colosseum. There is a metro stop about half a mile away. Both within walking distance but the walk from the metro station can be a little sketchy at night. There is a standard Continental breakfast in the morning that is available. The rooms are ok size, not huge. The beds are comfortable compared to other Italian hotels but it is not as comfortable as Holiday inn Express hotels in America. The room had two twin beds put together to make a king size bed. There is coffee in the room but no fridge.

The hotel is located down the street from the bus that will take you straight to the Colosseum. Two and a half blocks away from the metro. Hotel staff are very friendly. My husband and I had no idea how to turn on the AC and they were more than willing to assist us over the phone. There is no mini fridge and Wi-Fi sometimes goes in and out.

Rooms are spacious. Air conditioning was cold. And then when we had a problem at the front desk or respond immediately.

Amazingly clean, great staff, and delicious restaurant! The rooms are exquisitely kept and this hotel is an incredible value for the price. Close enough to the metro to make it to all the major sights without a taxi.

A fantastic place to stay in Rome for the price. We loved the friendly staff and the generous pouring of alcohol at the bar by Francesca!

When you go to Rome, you don't really go to stay in the hotel, you go to see Rome and the staff know this and are so happy to help with directions and things to see. A nice touch was, on our arrival, they gave us maps with all the tourist spots signed, directed us to public transport.

The rooms were decent, although there is a train line close by. It's not too distracting, though. We had adjoining rooms sleeping four, and we did specify twin rooms but had doubles. The beds pulled apart though so it really was no issue. Showers are good, and you want a cool shower in Rome as it does get quite hot out. Bidets had my companions fascinated; we don't have them in the UK and they thought it was used to wash your feet, certainly an education on telling them what it was actually for.

The rooms also come with smart phones which are genuinely working 3G enabled phones with tourist apps that really assist you in seeing Rome. We got most of our restaurant recommendations from it.

Breakfast is all you can eat and included in the price, both hot food and cereals, fruit, juices and an awesome pancake making machine. The breakfast here is a great way to start a days walking in Rome. There is a restaurant but we didn't manage to check it out, preferring to eat out in Rome.

I used the laundry service once for a whole outfit and I did feel this was a little overpriced but it was delivered washed, pressed, on hangers and my underwear was in a display box with some pot-pourri which was super cute.

The area in which the hotel is in can be a bit intimidating at first glance, there's a bit of vandalism and it does look a bit run down but don't let this fool you, the Romans are lovely and quite accommodating to tourists.

Everyone speaks English too, but don't be that guy - try some Italian!

I loved this place. It is not on a main street in a tourist area. Very competent staff and friendly too. Food was very good for a smaller hotel. The complimentary breakfast hit the spot every morning. For a good, clean, friendly and reasonable place to stay in Rome, I heartily will recommend it.
