Stayed in the hotel for two nights. The hotel is good, but not great. I would say - average.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

The rooms were clean, the bed comfortable, but the sound isolation was terrible. I could hear every sound that people from the room next to mine made.

The breakfast was quite bland and with a little choice of something different than sweet cakes and buns.

Not bad but not great either. Definitely clean, affordable and convenient to the sights of Florence. Beyond that nothing to write home about, online pictures are deceiving for sure. If you have rolling luggage DO NOT WALK from the train station, take a bus or taxi.

Location can't be beaten.. you can go to all places by foot Also the rooms are good and the included breakfast is also nice

It's an ok 3 🌟 hotel. The room we had was big and , although street facing, not too noisy. It's a nice old and non modernized Palazzo and the rooms are simple. Not dirty but neither really clean. Breakfast is OK. Staff is really nice and helpful. I think you can get more for your money in Florence.

Good location, bus stop right outside. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was good. Only minor downside was the elevator is small (2 person) and quite old, otherwise everything was good.

Small room, but patio with a view. Breakfast is decent. Free Wi-Fi. And there's a wonderful dog named Maggie. Staff is helpful when asked.

The hotel was great, there was a wide range of options for breakfast. The only problem I had was that I found the douche would have been better if it was longer. Great Internet speeds. Free WiFi. Room has tv and big bathtub and bathroom.

Don't stay at the top level. Hot and AC not working. Thankfully After 1 st night we were able to switch to the 3 rd level. And then I realized the room we stayed on the top are not really a standard hotel room.
