We stayed in The Tower and it's AMAZING. You get a great 180 degree view of the city. You are conveniently located in the middle of so much. You can easily walk anywhere and come back home between anything. It's clean, quiet, and comfortable. I'd stay again and again and again.

Had a great stay at Thor Guesthouse! We stayed in the tower room which had an amazing view of the city and a balcony to watch the sunrise and sunset. It was centrally located downtown to restaurants and entertainment. Lenty does a great job keeping the guest house clean and inviting.

This place is decent. You get a private room with a shared kitchen and bath. This isn't a fancy place, but it is certainly clean and well maintained. The bathroom we had was of decent size and only shared with one other room.

Our room had 3 beds in it and a table and chairs. It had a nice sized window with a view of the street below. It is located close to many restuarants, bars, and shops in Reykjavik.

There is no parking, so you have to find parking on the street, which you will pay for at certain times of the day and week.

I visited in March of 2018.

Cool place to stay at with a great downtown location, free WiFi, and awesome atmosphere. There is a shared bathroom, so be aware, and it you want to go to sleep early be aware that you can hear anyone hanging out in the common area pretty loudly from your room. If you're looking for a good place on the cheap though, this is a great choice!

Most of the rooms are pretty small and share a bathroom, kitchen and dining space. Rooms are well kept and host is very cordial.

A very nice and welcoming atmosphere! Right in the center of Reykjavík - close to a bunch of stores. The rooms have a magnificent view over the city. The owner even offered to store the luggage from check-out in the morning, so we did not have to carry it around all day in Reykjavík. The beds were very nice and the rooms were large and clean - including the shared kitchen!

Great price, great location. Can't beat it. You're sharing bathrooms with other guests but if that's cool with you, this is the best deal imaginable in an otherwise very expensive country. AgainAMAZING location. Most tours/excursions leave from the Leif Errickson church which is 3 blocks up the road.

Friendly staff and great location, easy to get anywhere in Reykjavik. Comfortable bed and room. Door and walls are thin, so I was woken daily by other guests talking and using the kitchen.

Guesthouse in the centre of Reykjavik. The whole guesthouse is very tidy. There is a shared kitchen and bathroom. Everything was fine and on weekend you can park your car directly in front of the house for free.

We had a lovely relaxing time here, location was perfect and our young host was helpful & friendly as was the manager. We could relax in the privacy of our own room or socialise with other guests in the kitchen diner. Got to see the northern light from the roof top balcony too😁😁

Located at the center of the downtown! It is small but well maintained. Clean kitchen and restrooms. There are many restrooms which gives peace of mind. It is expensive but cheap compared to other places in Reykjavik.

Great location in the heart of the city and clean living spaces. Everyone is courteous and helpful. There's free parking at the church up the street so take advantage of that.

For Iceland the price was very good. Loved the whole place! Great kitchen, lots of room. Nice showers and bathrooms.

Poor and different rooms from the ones on the pictures of their website
A nightmare, dirty, bad smell, you can hear what the other guests are doing in their room.. Avoid if you can.

Great locaiton. Massive kitchen with everything you might need. Definitely a good choice when travelling. The only drawback - no ensuite.

I like the location.. because it's in the city.. but one thing i hate is the bathroom. We stay for 4 days and the bed is not comportable. We have a problem in the toilet because the water is not sink well..
