Room was nice, clean and extremely close to airport which helped with the early morning flight. Fantastic helpful staf. Airport transfer is free.Breakfast starts early at 0400.The hotel staff will arrange a shuttle to the airport for your departure flight, but go to the information desk in the arrivals hall to catch the shuttle bus when you first arrive.Good stop between airport and Blue lagoon.

Spacious and warm rooms, though well worn, slightly outdated style and not impeccably clean. However, I enjoyed the tea kettle and the large TV with a good selection of channels. Mattress was comfy, breakfast buffet surprisingly good (waffles and boiled eggs). All in all, the place is lacking personality, but for one night at arrival /departure, I've seen worse.

This is a cheap and cheerful place that massively resembles army barracks. Do not be fooled by their photos, it's very dated! On the plus side the room is very spacious. Also on the negative it is called a "Bed & Breakfast" but unless you specifically ask, you'll not get breakfast (which is also very basic)

Clean, spacious, convenient and very plain. Breakfast was basic, hot foods were warmish, a couple of cereal choices, toast .. This hotel is ok for a quick stop on the way to the airport. Good value.

This is an okay hotel. Rooms are comfortable, bathrooms are tiny and a little dated. One can tell that this used to be a military barrack at some point. Wide breakfast spread. Very close to the airport. Perfectly good for a short stay.

Bed was comfortable, room was basic but perfectly serviceable, staff were professional and the breakfast was good. The only real complaint I have is that the fire alarm in the room had a strobe light and because it was pretty close to the bed it kept me awake with its constant flashing all night!

Its a comfortable place to stay. Our room was located in the next building over from the reception area. It was a small room (as expected) and we shared a bathroom with 1 other room. The room and bathroom were clean. Close to the KEF airport so it comes in handy if you have an early flight or if you're arriving late.

It does the job mostly. The walls were crazy thin. I heard things I most certainly should not have and I don't feel like it came from an adjacent room.
I slept fine - eventually. We didn't take the shuttle in the morning, but it looked very popular. Luckily it was a real full sized bus.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We were collected punctually from the airport and taken to the hotel (all arranged in advance with efficient communication). Check in was smooth and the room was a lot larger than I expected, four people could have easily slept in there. there was even a kettle with some tea/coffee - great after a long flight. Bathroom was clean, with plenty of hot water. Beds were large and very comfortable!!! Finally, the breakfast was great, it was a buffet with lots of choice (toast, cereal, yoghurt, waffles, fruit, etc). Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone arriving to Iceland later in the evening.

They went above and beyond to get me from the airport and back at crazy times, and the breakfast was the best I have ever had at a hotel, though I don't have any experience with Icelandic breakfast. Clean room, very nicely smelling bedding and extremely comfortable bed. Do note this is in an old American base, but is nicely refurnished with Nordic furniture. The walls are thin.

The rooms are huge and the beds comfortable. The shuttle service runs on time and the breakfast buffet is very nice. There's no restaurant but there's a pizza place next door with lots of choices, even salads.
Can't rate it 5 stars because of the bathroom. The toilet is very noisy, wakes up half the hotel in the middle of the night. And the bath is ancient and doesn't work well

Close to Keflavik Airport. Great for first/last night in Iceland. Free shuttles to/from airport. Free breakfast. The bed and breakfast has an American hotel look. Converted from former Air Force Base dormatories, pleasant, but not fancy accommodations. Nearby restaurant is busy, but decent food with menu variety & beer.

The B&B promised to pick us up from the airport once our flight arrived, but we had to wait one and a half hours before this happened (the hotel is a 7 minute drive away). We did call them twice from the airport, and their original instructions of waiting by the "Meeting Place" sign in the airport was completely wrong--you have to meet them near the Information Booth. The walls in the room are thin. You will hear every hallway conversation, every flush of the toilet, and every door being closed nearby. Also, they failed to give us a requested wakeup call on the morning of our flight. The only good things from our experience are that they offer an acceptable breakfast spread and the car rental representative was friendly and very helpful.

I had to book last minute because of a missed connection and the bed and breakfast turned out to be quite lovely. The rooms were comfortable and the shuttle was convenient. The breakfast was fairly substantial and operated for several hours making it more convenient. The shower was great as well. I have no complaints with my brief experience there, I would stay again if I ever come back to visit Iceland.

Can't say enough good things about this B&B. The staff are AMAZING and do it all, from staffing the desk to driving the shuttles. (Among other things, they responded IMMEDIATELY to our Facebook messages, which was great since we were at the airport without a way to call.) Our room was recently renovated, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast far surpassed expectations, and it was all around a great value for the price. We'd stay there again without hesitation and really do miss it already.

I spent a night here with my girlfriend before a trip to Denmark, we were very happy with our room. It was spacious and clean, the beds were not too soft and not like they were made from plywood so that was very good!
Included in the price was a breakfast, car storage and an airport shuttle. We were leaving pretty early so we could not sample the breakfast (it starts at 04:30), but we did use the car storage and airport shuttle. The driver was helpful with the bags and got us to the airport in good time, our plane landed a bit early so we had to wait a few minutes at the pickup area but it was nothing to complain about.
My experience was very plesant and the staff was very helpful, I will definitely be staying there again before future travels!response / report this review -

Convenient because it's close to the airport, especially with the not-so-convenient connection times by Wow Air. If the connection is too long to stay in the airport and too short to go to the city and come back or if you arrive at odd hours of the night, then this is a good place to rest till your next flight.

The bed & breakfast was wonderful. The. Staff was super friendly and helpful! They lent me a phone charger and gave us great advices on places to see. The breakfast was simple but yummy. Definitely a nice place to stay near the airport if you will be renting a car.

Great value. They have an airport shuttle which got us there and back in great time. The staff was very kind, w limited food in the evenings they offered us an instant soup that someone had left behind at no charge. The only thing that could improve is the quality of the breakfast.
