Every studio has a dishwasher and an induction cooker. You can cook your own food. Staff very helpful and friendly

Very nice hotel. The room was clean and modern. The daily breakfast basket was always full of nice cheeses, meats, fruit and vegetables. Every morning freshly baked bread was delivered and it was divine. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is one block from the main drag and surprisingly quite for being so close to all the shops and restaurants. Would stay here again and highly recommend it

Spent a week here and it was an incredible experience! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The accommodations are comfortable and really provides all the comforts of home away from home!!

Very nice efficiency/apt located in the heart of Reykjavik. Very close to many shops and restaurants. We are a family of five and the two bedroom plus sofa sleeper worked well for us. Only 1 bathroom.a bit of a challenge as four of the five guests were woman! I understand it is unusual to find accommodations with more than 1 bath. Breakfast basket delivery each day was worth it. It included eggs, cheeses, salami, ham and a loaf of fresh bread. Enough for breakfast and leftovers for lunch. Food in Iceland is more expensive than anywhere I have beenso anything that saves you from having to eat out is well worth it. Bottom line.a really nice place to stayand get that breakfast basket!

Spacious apartment that's good for group. However, only one bathroom can be a problem if you have a large party. Otherwise the place is clean, the breakfast they provide was also excellent. They also have a kitchen and washing machine/dryer. We did not use the though

Very nice 6 person apartment with great service. We had to leave very quickly after breakfast one morning and didn't have time to put the dishes in the dishwasher. When we returned, they had cleaned the table and put the dishwasher on, was certainly not expecting that. The apartment is also very warm and the other amenities are fantastic.

lovely room, like your own mini apartment. High end bath products so you can leave yours at home. Bed was quality & comfortable. Staff was friendly.

We stayed at the Reykjavík Residence Hotel for 10 nights. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful, arranging tours for sightseeing and recommending excellent restaurants throughout the city. The breakfast at Port 9 was outstanding and generous- we didn’t need to eat again until dinner. The one day we did not eat breakfast at the hotel we were given a picnic basket with fruits, cheeses, and bread. Fresh bread was left at our door almost every day. Coffee pods, milk and juice were free and the fridge was stocked. We had two rooms adjacent to each other which we arranged prior to arrival. Overall a lovely hotel.

Lovely rooms in a beautiful building. Very clean adorably furnishes. Staff is very kind. The street can be noisy especially at weekends because there is a club/pub across the street.

Loved everything about this hotel. The location was great, close to tour pickup locations and shopping/food area. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely stay here if you plan on visiting Reykjavik!!!

Best hotel EVER. nicest staff, awesome location.
We got in soooo early and at first they said they didn't have a room for us. We asked to leave our luggage and go walk around and by the time we got our luggage the room was ready.
We had the studio apt. - very spacious, comfy bed. There's complementary cornflakes, milk, justice (and they actually refill it!!!) and a coffee machine with free capsules (tee, coffee of all kinds and hot chocolate).
The kitchen was stocked as described and the smart TV was great and allowed us to watch movie from our phone :)
The towel heater actually works Haha.
The cleaning is a bit on the slow side, but that's the only con I have.

The staff here are incredibly willing to please. So polite. Incredibly helpful. Very attentive to our needs. Carried our luggage up to our 3rd floor walk up which by the way is amazing. We are one block off what is essentially Reykjavik's Bourbon Street, with bars all the way to downtown to the West.
In all seriousness though; i've stayed in Grand Hyatt's that didnt have a quarter of the service this place provides.

This hotel had the greatest location. We stayed 5 night and they were very clean and accomodating. the hotel was downtown and a walk to most everything we wanted to see. We rented a car and the parking was so easy. we ordered the breakfast basket which was $40 a day and it was worth it.

Gorgeous rooms in historic building. Great location and friendly staff. Parking is not the easiest, but alternatives nearby are multiple. In-room breakfast was very good.

Lovely, clean accommodation. Friendly, helpful staff and located perfectly close to town. The perfect balance between hotel and self catering apartments. Would definitely stay again, and highly recommend for anyone visiting.

Beautiful suites. Perfect location. Elegantly laid out and furnished. Concierge / staff were exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. Short walk to the shopping and dining areas of downtown Reykjavik. Yet on a quiet street. On or near the pick up route for the tour vans.They picked us up at our door. Can't think of why I would stay anywhere else.
