We stayed there for a couple of nights. June 2016. The suits are super clean with excellent furniture. The location is remote, but this was the purpose of our trip: see the gorgeous Icelandic nature!
The motel is run by a couple who are doing an awesome job. We were so touched by their high quality that we left a note in the room thanking them for the pleasant stay.

I originally booked a bed at the South Central Guesthouse (located a minutes away) but was upgraded to an apartment suite at the motel due to the former location being fully booked.
The unit is spacious, clean and modern. It includes a bunk bed, a queen bed, a full kitchen with a stove and microwave, a dining area, and a washroom. High speed Wi-Fi is also included.
The owner was communicative and apologetic over having to move me. Overall it was a positive experience, would definitely book a South Central lodging again.response / report this review -

New one room apartments with one double bed and one bunk bed. Great for families, but also good for 4 adults. There is a kitchen with facilities, toilet, shower, TV, dining table. Everything looks the same as in pictures. Check in is not limited in time, you can arrive at any time.

Nice, clean and warm place to take a sleep while a long car ride. Fully equipped kitchen is in every room, self check in.

Super petit motel au milieu de nulle part ! Nous étions 4 et nous n'avons pas manqué de place et de confort (mention particulière pour les lits) bien au contraire ! La kitchenette est parfaite pour faire un bon petit repas et le personnel accueillant !

Utile, comodo, veloce, abbastanza pulito. Un po' nel nulla. I supermercati se devi fare spesa sono distanti. Conviene farla mentre si è in giro e prima di arrivare
