Room and bed okshower a bit odd but water pressure fabulous. Location is perfect. If you are driving parking at hotel is limited to 5 cars! There is parking on street and across street for fee. We got the Break fast inc. In our stay. Definately worth it..best breakfast ever!. Anything and everything was in it. Would stay again

Nice boutique hotel, rooms a bit small for two but well appointed. Bar, restaurant, spa, room service etc. Very helpful and friendly staff. Reasonable prices for Reykjavik (ie. Not as staggeringly expensive as some!)

Avoid room 108 at all costs! It is on the ground floor and in the corner of the building sandwiched between the cleaners store room and the WC. Woken every morning bright and early by the cleaners. Shower was the least practical I've ever had in a hotel. Rooms otherwise ok. Breakfast tasty and plentiful.

Excellent location with easy access to harbour, city and bus routes. Recommend paying extra for harbour view and also for the thermal pool facilities (open from 07:00 to 22:00 hours). Reception staff are friendly, helpful and proactive. Breakfast area is at top of the building allowing amazing views in all directions. Sister hotel ( Isofolk) in the chain offer unique Icelandic menus. Again recommend.

The location is very good, close to the harbour and bus stop where many of the day tours leave from. There are many good bars and restaurants nearby.

The rooms are small and those on the front are close to the busy street. We asked to move rooms as we struggled to sleep due to traffic noise. The staff on the desk were very helpful and moved us to a room at the back of the hotel without fuss. We lost our view across the harbour but didn’t mind this since it was December and therefore dark most of the time anyway!

The Sky restaurant is very good and is reasonably priced for Reykjavík standards with the 10% discount for hotel residents. We were impressed with the quality of the food at breakfast and dinner and the staff were also very attentive.

The basement Spa is worth a visit. We spent a relaxing hour here in the hot tub, sauna and steam room.

Overall we were impressed with Centerhotel Arnarhvoll and would definitely recommend. Just try to request a room high up if you are bothered by street noise.

Location was very convenient (a short walk) to downtown Reykjavik. Clean room. Plenty of space for me as a solo traveler. Very nice breakfast. All in all a great stay.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Hotel room was small but clean and a great location. Coffee pot in room was nice. Major problem with the room was the bathroom shower door. It was only a half door that was hinged and every shower caused the floor to flood. Breakfast was included and was a nice buffet. With s great view of the harbor.

Beautiful hotel with beautiful views. It's located in the heart of Reykjavik. The employees are very nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable. There's a hot spring at the hotel which was great for us after camping for a week. There's also a rooftop bar and restaurant. Breakfast was included in the price.

Good location within the city of Reykjavik. Across the road from the bus stops and close to the shops, bars and restaurant. The rooftop bar has great views and the staff were very friendly.

Easy walk to the old town, nice Seaview from our 4th floor room. Great breakfast spread! Sadly, at $309 a night, our hotel room does not have a closet! No shower stall that prevents the shower water from splashing on the floor, toilet, sink, and bathroom shelves. On a positive side, the hotel provides us with a squeegee to mop the shower water from the floor, toilet, sink, and walls -- still leaving us with water soaked towels and mats, oh well!

Well priced hotel which included a very nice breakfast which is allocated on the top floor which had stunning views of Reykjavik harbour
Our hotel room was a little small and there was not a lot of room to put your clothes,that maybe ok if your stopping 2 or 3 days but not if your there for a week!
Bed was very comfortable and clean and the Wi-Fi worked well.
The room we had was at the back and could be a little noisy but saying that we would stop at this hotel again as it offered good value after all Iceland is a very expensive place.

Friendly staff and great location. They did charge 25 EU per night for the extra child's bed, which Thingholt down the street did not, so that was disappointing. Also, Thingholt had much better breakfast.

It's a good hotel, friendly staff and a nice b'fast. But it can do with a bit of fresh paint. Stayed on the 3rd floor. The carpet looked tired and had stains form water damage.

Stayed here my first and last night in iceland. Great location with great views. Good food at the beautiful restaurant on the top floor. Good service and the rooms are nice. Very comfortable. Nice place to stay.

Loved the hotel, nice location.Rooms were small but modern. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Skybar on the top floor was great for happy hour discounts and breakfast buffet.

Perfectly situated in Rejkyavik within walking distance of the waterfront, shops, and sights of the city. Wonderful staff who can't help enough, and a cracking top floor restaurant with views as good as the food to boot. On our excursions around Iceland we dropped many others off at "name" hotels which looked to be miles from anywhere. SO glad we were here. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice hotel in an excellent location. Very close to local shops and restaurants. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The beds are very comfortable. Very different than in the USA but would happily stay again. Restaurant is exceptional. Very reasonably priced.
