A small hotel with a very friendly and welcoming staff. Room was in good condition, and the breakfast was very good with fresh pastries and dairy products every morning. The all day coffee and cookie was well appreciated after returning from a long trip in the city.

Very good and helpful staff. Place is very clean. There is tea and coffee with cakes available in the afternoon into the evening. The place was originally used as seaman's mission.

This Hotel was great, not right in the city center but close enough to walk!! I didn't give it 5 stars because it needs some updating, especially the beds.

Perfect hotel.
Practice at the level of its localization.
A private outside parking lot is dedicated to you.
Very copious breakfasts in the morning.
Thoughtful staff.
Some coffee and tea and small cakes during day.
Only drawback, room for 6 a little bit small and a beds a bit soft for me, otherwise hotel to be recommended without any hesitation.

Lovely hotel close to downtown Reykjavik. It made for a peaceful and relaxing place to spend a couple of nights. Included breakfast was a nice option, and free cake in the evenings was a great way to have a treat after dinner without paying for the typically expensive desserts found in most restaurants. Would have preferred a stronger Wi-Fi signal in the room.

Very friendly and comfortable. Location worked well for us. Breakfast was great! Rooms could stand an upgrade but we didn't spend a lot of time in the room anyways. Beds were comfortable and hotel was very quite so I slept like a rock.

Just a great hotel. I can recommend it. Clean, large roos with good beds, friendly personnel, ..
Only the outside needed some work. On the latest day of our stay, they startend to work on it. So by the time you read this, even that will be OK.

Small friendly hotel.Reception staff were incredibly welcoming ,helpful and so pleasant. Loved their breakfast and having coffee available throughout the day with fresh baked cake at tea time.Very central and bus is accesible nearby. Rooms are small but clean.

Basic hotel but great value for money. Lovely and warm, clean sheets, continental breakfast fresh and well stocked. Lovely extra touch on an afternoon, complimentary home made cakes and hot drinks. Guests have commented about the bathrooms, yes a bit dated and tired looking but does the job. The water can smell a bit but that's the same in other hotels as its naturally heated.
