The staff were very cordial (Simone, is the only name I remember, but the breakfast lady, and bar manager were fun. great guys at the front desk) and professional. Location was great for walking almost anywhere. Thanks guys. You represented Dublin, well.

Very nice staff, water pressure and temperature is great, and private bathrooms are very nice. The food is good and the pub is too.

The hotel is very good, great location, lots of food and drink choices about. Rooms a bit dated but good for the price and location. Limited parking outside and although we had a space we were told we couldn't park in it and had to use street parking, street parking is ok and close by bit the parking is on first come first served so we were very disappointed to be refused a space, the only thing that let the place down really.

I wouldnt stay here again. Location is good and the rooms are mostly clean but the beds were pretty horrible and lopsided. They need to be changed out. We had two twins and they both sloped downward on one side each. It made for a very uncomfortable sleep, which, in my opinion, is the most important aspect of a hotel. We were up 5 flights, so if you have an issue climbing stairs, request lower level.

Management was just OK, not even 2 star service. We paid over $500 for two nights and we really would have done better with a hotel outside of the city a bit.

Restaurant staff and bartenders were amazing! Thats about all.

Everyone here is so kind and friendly. The room is great and the food is delicious! The bar has a very friendly and fun ambiance as well. It is in a nice area and just around the corner from the bus stop. 10/10 would recommend 😊

We attended the Irish House Party with three course meal for my sisters 21st. The staff were all lovely. Big thank you to Brendan, and the lady with short hair who managed the meal (and made delicious bread) and of course the band who were fantastic. We had a brilliant time and would recommend the experience

Nice, Clean room. A little bit on the small side for the two of us, but we didnt mind. Good location close to downtown, but far enough to be relatively quiet at night. The only downfall is that you have to pay for your breakfast in the morning. Concierge was friendly and helpful.
