Just checked out of this hotel, it has been fab, a little old fashioned as in the decor but staff were friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and clean. Breakfast was lovely, service great. Even sitting in the bar is nice and relaxing. Only a 5 minute walk to the shops and bars.

Clean, great facilities and hard to find on google maps. Location is central to town but not the best street to walk at night. But good place and would stay again.

The hotel are very close to central area and there's a good service of public transportation nearby. From the outside it seems not be a good deal, but it looks charming on the inside. Check in was very quick and staff is very kind, specifically the attendant that works on tours tickets desk.
It seems to be and old hotel, some things are out dated.
Rooms are large, confortable and clean, furniture are vintage but functional. Mattress needs to be replaced but it's still comfortable. There's a bath tube which is good, the shower is well pressurized.
Breakfast is fine, there are a lot of options for self service or you can order for an Irish breakfast. It's a little bit messy when the dinning hall is plenty of people.
They will have my 5 stars after some refurbishing. Despite the leaking in the bathtub flooding part of the bathroom, the heater dangerously loosing from the wall to the carpeted floor (there're burning marks on the carpet) and the stucked bathroom door (to close/opens it needs to slam or strongly push) it is a good stay.

Location is close to city center. We love to walk and we're able to get around to all the sites we wanted to see on foot. The room was comfortable and well maintained. The location seems a bit shabby from the outside, but inside is fine. It is about 1-2 blocks away from the Busaras bus station, thus making it very easy to travel to and from the Dublin Airport (bus 747). I would stay at Ripley Court again.

Great location. A bit out-dated inside (e.g. old mattresses, furniture). Could do with a refurb

Very convenient location. Good breakfast, but windowless restaurant not attractive. Room a decent size and comfortable, with good shower. Helpful staff and a useful luggage storage room.

At £200 per night for a twin room I was expecting a lot better. With flights a one night weekend was £360. A two night stay in valencia with flights was only £219 from Birmingham.

Not a bad place if you just want to stay overnight and won't be in the room much ( outdated and dingy looking) FYI there is no air conditioning. We did not have toiletries in our room upon entering. The breakfast is 5 dollars for some slices of cheese, ham, cereal, and bread and 8 dollars for the Irish breakfast. The coffee is instant coffee. The dishes were filthy ( food still on them along with hair) Will not be returning. Good location is about it.

Comfortable. Friendly staff. Very clean. Keenly priced. Location very handy for the Luas (tram) and DART (Dublin area rapid transport). It's a little bit outside of the tourist area.

An underrated hotel. Yes, it is a bit old, and yes not the same finishings as a modern hotel, but it is reasonably priced and good for a quick stop over. The staff are nice, and the breakfast is good. However, the walls are very thin and it is close to train tracks so there is a chance of being stuck next to it. We stayed in room 322 which was nice enough, and only had to put up with late night party goes for a few minutes at 1am and 4am. Check-in and check-out is very easy and quick and there are maps and a tour desk at the front of the building.

3 star hotel. It's relatively clean (stain on my decorative bed throw). Dated interior. Breakfast has a school lunch feel to it and only instant prepaid coffee at inconsistent strength. Good for a cheap weekend if you don't intend to spend much time in the hotel, but would suggest going out for breakfast instead of eating in the hotel.
