The bar has nice atmosphere for the Saturday night out. Good music and visual effects. Drinks are a bit pricey.

In contrast to many, many other places around Dublin, The Globe knows what it is and remains true to form. They serve pints with a frown and they know you're only after ending up there cause everywhere else is closing and you don't want to pay a door charge. The bouncers get pissed cause you're pissed and you can always head downstairs to Ri Ra (or whatever it's called), especially if you like that West-of-the-Shannon disco feel. You might even get the shift and it won't be anywhere near as risky as the Harcourt gamble.

The Globe. Stern but fair. Or are those stern glances coming from the twitchy group of traders hanging by the stairs who forgot to wipe the icing powder from their noses? People in finance should really lay off the refined sugars

It's my favourite bar in Dublin. Acoustic music and foosball meetup on Wednesday, a lot of fun on Saturdays and perfect for a drink + chat the other days. Best service in town.

My girlfriends and I had the best time here! Everyone we met in Dublin recommended it and it exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for a night out, I highly recommend it. Not too touristy - just a good time :)

Great selection of beers, both bottled and on tap. It is relatively quiet in the early evening, so it suits me perfectly for a reasonably quiet pint after work. The staff are nice and chilled out.

This bar has a really nice atmosphere. The sofa area in the back of the bar is really nice to go have a beer and chill out. The prices here are reasonable.

Perfect pub to enjoy, dance in a fun vibe. Connected with Ri-Ra, so you can decide between two differentes atmospheres. Dj upfloor really pasional. I recommend totally to visit it!

Great music, fair prices. It's just too bad that they only open the dance floor after 10pm :(
