best bar of Dublin! best self-brewed beer and the biggest live shows ever. saw the best concert of my life in there! 4 floors and fumoir, just perfect for a fun evening

A very cool traditional bar in Temple bar area. We were seated upstairs for dinner and had the pork belly and chicken wings. Both dishes were good.
The bar brews their own beer so I tried their IPA. Nice balanced flavour that didn't knock your taste buds off.
The atmosphere here is amazing and feels very cozy even though it's a big place. A nice place to spend a few hours.response / report this review -

Craft beer bar in the Temple bar district. They sell mostly their own brews, but nothing wrong with that (their Oyster is really really really great). Great atmosphere with live music and friendly staff. Went here a couple of times during my stay in Dublin during weekdays, and the place was packed, must be a battle zone during weekends. Don't go here if you want a Guinness, they don't have it. But they do have better stuff! And considering the location and the kind of beers they are selling, not even expensive!

Good range of beer and cider on keg, including their own range. Not bad value for Temple Bar. One of the few places to find cask beer in Dublin, though only one of their own range as also available on keg when I visited. The section of the bar I sat down at was staffed by a fairly unfriendly chap so I didn't stay long

Top notch pub and brewery. Food is also great. Often some live music at the second floor. Step in for a pint, it's worth. It is a must visit if you end up in Dublin, however it gets maybe too crowded because of its reputation.

Nice pub with live music on evening. It has three floors decorated with taste, though it's starting to show its age. Food is average to good, depending on what you take, they brew their own beer, but can't really mix a decent cocktail.

The burger was very nice, not a fan of the mustard but good. The steak was good too, not the best but good. It's good food and the atmosphere it's good, good place for tourist or for a first time experience. The service was very fast. Definitely a must try.

Good service and decent food. Not the best food in Dublin. Beer selection is good even though a little pricey. They brew their own beer so it's a good thing to try when you are in Dublin. Try to get in early as it is a good tourist spot so it's always full.

A bit of an oasis of calm amongst the chaos of Temple Bar. How they differ to the rest of Templeton Bar?
1 - They don't blast diddly dee music all day long.
2 - They don't charge ridiculous prices.
3 - It isn't full of drunk stag parties from Milton Keynes.
If you don't want to pay high prices and want to avoid a tourist trap then skip Temple Bar and head here (it is just on the edge of Temple Bar)response / report this review -

I visited this place a week ago with my friends. It is easily one of the most popular bars in Dublin among tourists I think and it is very touristy if you asked me.
We had a few beers and then left because it was just too crowded and when the band was asking were the crowd was from, pretty much everyone was from mainland Europe.
The only reason for me to stay was the band and the beer selection.
I would probably not go here again anytime soon but this is just one of those place you need to visit at least once when you are in Dublin.response / report this review -

Great pub and atmosphere! A good selection of beers. The first time I was there, there was some nice live music going on which only added to the atmosphere. Want to pop in during a trad session some day.

Love this place. If you're visiting Dublin, and temple bar give it a chance. Large variety of drinks, food and live music. A good place to spend an evening. Note that it's quite busy here most of the time: it is a very touristic area. Smoking allowed outside only.

Choice of beers is impressive. Liked the setting with lots of beers on the walls and a variety of seating options- bar seats, small tables and big booths for lots of people. Overall nice feel. There's food as well :)

From the pubs I visited during my time in Dublin, this would probably be the best one. Great selection of home-brewed beers, even with season specials. Besides that, a very big range of beers from all over the world, you could litterlay spend weeks tasting all the different beers here. This all while enjoying some nice live music in a great atmosphere. Definitely recommend this place while visiting Dublin
