Large, comfortable rooms with a modern decor. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely.

Excellent staff that goes out of their way to be accommodating, I really felt that they had my interests first and foremost and they were quite helpful with bus schedules and any other issues that we had along the way. The biggest problem that this place has is that it hasn't aged very well. The carpet is worn and walls in need of new paint. There are many odd smells here as well, always changing as you pass from hallway to hallway. The good news is, it appears as though renovations are beginning, and maybe by the time you read this, all will be complete!

The family room was decent enough and clean. The hotel calls itself "child-friendly", which again was hardly to discover. The staff is not exceptional friendly or service orientated. Check-In and Check-Out would not have been less personal with a computer terminal in a one star motel and there was not a single friendly greeting from the reception desk in 5 days. Elevators were out of service on the day of arrival and departure.

We had a delicious Sunday lunch. My husband had the steak burger & I had the steak sandwich. Service was top class and a great atmosphere. We were seated very promptly and the waitress was very friendly.

Great spot for passing trade. Can park easily get served quickly and get on the road again without delay. Clean place lovely food reasonably priced . Well worth visiting

The room was spacious and very clean, I liked that they put chocolates on the pillows, with Thank you on them, They also had tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The room had an iron and ironing board. The bathroom was clean and spacious,water was hot and the shower worked perfect, the bathroom could do with a total make over as it looks dated. The bar was modern, staff were very friendly and attentive, tho the drinks were a bit pricey. The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly.

Absolutely excellent for weddings. The staff are friendly, helpful and well-prepared to deal with everything wedding related, and run these events like well-oiled-machines!! The bedrooms are basic, as are the ensuites and the changing rooms for the swimming pool.

Soon as you walk into a hotel you just know it's going to be good or bad depending on reception, and its an extremely good feeling here.
Plus.Got a fantastic room at this price point, one of the best deals I've come across.
Dinner menu is varied and allergy notices on view. I had one of the best lamb steaks ever. Compliments to the Chef.
