Beautiful. We had the lovely room with the glass case window. Bed was extremely comfortable. Room was very clean and the tub was fantastic! Staff was friendly and courteous. Far enough from the noise of the city center but close enough to walk anywhere easily. I hope I find myself in Galway again and staying at this hotel.

Good Accessibility: Step-free/dropped kerbs from the train station rear exit to the bedroom door. Heavy doors & narrow internal corridors, lots of tight corners, but spacious rooms and dining room. Staff helpful re allergies, offered to carry luggage, and all very friendly. Fully intend to stay again.

The hotel itself is okay. Nothing fancy or special. The location is good if you're looking to go out. The parking situation isn't ideal. You have to walk about 0.2 miles to the parking garage where you have to pay 8 euros for the night. Not too happy about that.

This hotel is just a little ways off of Eyre square, in a great location for walking to a bunch of restaurants as well as being close enough to the shopping district.

The hotel staff is friendly and the hotel itself it very old and charming. Beds are comfortable and clean, and the showers are hot.

Happy with the location (close to the square and bars), beds and room size were good. Breakfast was a little disappointing. Wasn't bad for the pride though.

Not very clean. Quite expensive. Central location was good and staff were nice. The parking was far from the hotel and 8€ per day. Would not return, with the floor, bed covers and bathroom ceiling being filthy (see photos).
