Great local pub. Enjoyed a nice lunch when we first arrived in town. Went back for live music and drinks later. Met a lovely local, Padraig who entertained us with stories and recommendations for our next stop.

Had a great dinner and drink here on a busy Saturday night. The food menu is only open until 9, so make sure to get in a little early. The prices are good for Galway, and the burger was fantastic. The service, while very friendly, was quite slow, but that was probably just my conception as an American from a fast paced city. Cheers!

Lovely place to stay. Excellent location, good bar, good music. The rooms I stay are very small, but comfortable, the bathrooms are better than usual Galway average b&b bathrooms. People are nice.

Lovely classic Irish pub with a relaxed atmosphere and fantastic Irish music on Mondays and Tuesdays from about 9.30 to late. Don't miss it!

Fantastic experience! We stayed as a small group for a midweek break in August. This place is a real hidden gem right on Eyre Square.
The staff were absolutely lovely and really went above and beyond to help us enjoy ourselves. From making dinner reservations to suggestions for trips and outings, they were very knowledgeable and saved us a lot of time researching and booking trips online!
The rooms and very clean and comfortable, though a bit dated. The perfect location for a stay in beautiful Galway.
The bar had great live bands over the four nights we stayed and the food was wonderful. We really enjoyed the Irish breakfast in the mornings after some very late nights!
They have an amazing Whiskey selection in the gorgeous old bar but I'll have to leave that until next time as we sure didn't have enough time!

Good little pub on the corner right next to hostels, a park, and a bus stop. Authentic Irish Pub decor with good beer selections. There is also a stage and set up for live music. Good pub menu at great prices. The 12" 4 topping pizza with wings and a beer for 15 € is a great deal.
