Basic hotel. Everything working as it should. No issues. Basic home cooked food to a good standard. Old charm. No frills. Not pretentious. Comfort assured.

Just had our sons Christening meal at the Oranmore Lodge and I can't praise the hotel enough fabulous food and great service. The staff were brilliant even with the pandemonium of all the young children we had in our party. Would highly recommend the Lodge for any family gathering. Thank you for a lovely day

Very friendly reception staff, went to the bar, not as friendly, price didn't reflect the quality of food, bed sheets not changed for three days, but towels were.

Lovely hotel but the fridge in the room is annoying to hear through out the night.. For a family of 4 we paid almost €300 for 1 night.. This included breakfast & we had 2 rooms.. Staff in reception & the restaurant were very helpful..lovely drive into hotel.. 15 mins from Galway City

Good friendly staff, great food, nice rooms, within walking distance of the village, a good safe car park and all the basics done well, a fair price for the room, I will stay again, however, it is not Ashford castle.

Excellent value and experience. The room was lovely and spacious and certainly the cosy old world charm was very welcoming. Would really recommend as the staff were extremely helpful and professional. Great location too, just outside the city, walking distance to the village. 5 stars.

Beautiful hotel just outside of Galway city. Staff are always so friendly and the food in the resturant is 1st class. Highly recommend the chowder, best I've ever had.
