Very busy tourist hotel in a prime location.
The morning breakfast is varied & sustaining. I usually did not eat again until dinner.

Gorgeous hotel! Receptionist so helpful! Thanks to the girl that gave me the safety pin for my dress. And the night porter/night receptionist was lovely too! 😃😊😊 will definitely be back! Xx

Great staff - warm and welcoming. Really tiny rooms - not bad if you are spending most of your day touring Dublin. Other than lack of space and no view, the room had everything I needed. My window looked out on ventilation shaft but was quiet. It was also in a good location. Room safes and reasonable same-day laundry service. I'd stay here again.

    Great city centre hotel.

    Perfect location for:
•airport shuttle drops off and picks up right out side
•immediately around the corner from transport informations main office
•also just round the corner is a Hop on Hop off bus service No 1 stop (O'Connell Street). --great way to start your visit!
•O'Connell street is also a major bus link road so you cent get anywhere from there on the buses
•5 min walk from a major high street
•10 minute walk to the river with river side bars and cafes
•15-20 walk to Temple Bar area (all the night life)
•also a few galleries surround this hotel, which you'll learn about o. The hop on hop off bus!

Food: I didn't dine in the evening but the break was great. Everything you'd expect and even when very busy there was no queues for coffee machines, etc.

Rooms: Our room was pretty small, but clean, well maintained and had everything you'd need. I expect small is common for such a city centre hotel.

The only let down was the view. Our room (and many others) viewed a small central area which basically just houses 12 air con units. If you care about a view then definitely raise that at check in! ..also, although everything I the hotel claws clean, the only thing which seems to have never been washed was the outside of the windows!which were filthy.

Other: Staff were all very nice and helpful. There's free internet access on Macs at reception, so if you like me you forgot to print you Guinness your tickets, you can do it in the hotel no problem! That was a nice extra.

Overall, I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed at this hotel for one night and we were happy with our stay. The rooms were clean and the bathroom appeared new. Although the room was small it was more than adequate for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Reception desk was awesome very friendly and helpful. Rooms extremely clean and quiet. Beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and a huge selection. Service staff was extremely helpful to my mother who has celiac when it came to telling her what she could and couldn't eat. Every morning the staff remembered us and told us to have a wonderful day. Check out was easy. Can't wait until the street work will be finished. I will still return here and stay because of the location. Awesome location for the airport bus drop off and pick up and centrally located for O'Connell Street.. the restaurants and temple bar area.

Room was clean, maybe a little small but thats expected for the middle of a capital city. All amenities were included. Staff friendly and polite. There was a buffet breakfast available for €10 but I didn't try it. Good location, central without being too noisy. Would recommend for a short stay.

Great place to stay if visiting Dublin. Staff really friendly and managed to have our room ready earlier than stated. Room was fairly small but adequate and clean. Excellent Irish breakfast which is included in the price if you book direct with the hotel. Didn't eat in the hotel but menu looked good and prices seemed reasonable. Would recommend.

Very clean and nice place! It is directly in the city centre and you can reach everything from there. The staff is also very friendly. I loved the breakfast there, they had so many options.
