  The Belleza Superblocks is located in Permata Hijau area, this superblock are The Bellezza Suites, The Bellezza Shopping Arcade, The Belleza Permata Hijau and The Bellezza Office Tower. The Belleza Superblock have great building architecture

  Good place to live. Has quality apartments but poor maintenance, poor resident service, very poor internet service. Has well spaced Mall but very few shops. Usually quite.

  The business suites are over-priced, poorly maintained and badly equipped.
  This place is 5 years old, but looks 20 years.
  Sheets have stains, towels are grey from poor cleaning.
  
  It does have exceptionally helpful reception staff.
