Secure, well maintained, good trained staff, mall next door, huge variety of food available within 5 mins walk. If you are in west Jakarta this is an excellent hotel. Can get busy on the weekend with weddings. Trendy fit out. Glass shower can be intimidating but over an exceptional hotel for the price. Highly recommended

The meeting set up is an amazing. There's certain theme or decorations that changed in every coffee break. I love this hotel. I think it should be the best hotel in this jakarta area. And not only meeting set up but also when I was having lunch. All the waiter and waitress were so thoughtful. The will serve you by knowing before you asked

By far the best meeting experience I ever had. They went above and beyond to ensure that the meeting was far from boring, with thematic coffee break and a lot of surprises on the table. I'm sure it was not easy and it took a lot of effort to prepare it, therefore my deepest appreciation and gratitude for everything that you did for us. It certainly warmed our heart and made our day. ❤️❤️❤️

Location : excellent location at central of Jakarta. Next to Central Park mall and walking distance to Neo Soho Mall
Room : stayed at executive floor with king size bed. Bed was comfortable. Pillow quite soft to my liking. Prefer “harder” pillow. Room is clean , however the room cleaning service was not prompt.
Internet : free WIFI available throughout the hotel.
Executive lounge : great place to chill out and have business discussion with free flow of drinks (alcohol included) and some light meal. Can have breakfast here which is reserved for those staying at executive floors and will have personalize service
Breakfast: had breakfast at 2 places. Executive floor had less variety but more service oriented. The main dining hall for breakfast is more of choices.
Gym : is small , but almost complete since not many utilize it.
Spa : they have this service , but on the high side.

Nice hotel. Polite and friendly staffs. Some of the things need to be maintained properly otherwise it will look run down. The sink in the room cracked already. Cleanliness needs to be improved to bring to it's early days when the hotel just started opening it's door.

Excellent amenities, very friendly and kind service for 5 days stay. Wide choice of delicious breakfast from different places of the world. As always, wonderful people to serve ready to serve. We really like the location next to a first-class shopping center and restaurants. It is not too far from the airport. We stopped together, stayed at Pullman Central Park from 2011, however, it is clear that the rooms are dated and dated. It takes some time to warm up the water when the shower. The floor of the bathroom board is no longer on the same level. However, the service remains at the highest level

This luxury hotel hotel is located only two minutes walk away from Central Park mall. This hotel offer you great accomodations and choices of delicious food. All staffs are helpful and friendly. Another interesting part of this hotel is the spa. I tried Vichy shower which is relaxing, a spa without any hands touches the body but replaced by water. Amazing experience.

This venue is very clean and has friendly, helpful and professional personnel. Their cooks / chefs are great and the variety of their buffet is amazing. The sitting area of their restaurant is nice and spaceous.

It was really beautiful from the inside and outside! It was helpful that the mall was attached, so it was easy to find food and things we needed! Also the breakfast service was great and the art there was absolutely stunning!

Nice and cozy five star hotel located within Central Park complex. A great Accor hotel. Collage all-day dining serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Ala carte or buffet.

Clean and good service. The staff was polite and speak very good English. Room equipped and great location close to the mall.
Mr. Frans is the one of the staff who is always welcome and provide useful information for me.
Bellman team is very helpful
Banquet team is very professional and always there when you have any technical problem with your it devices.
F&B service team is the best. During my stay i am willing to have breakfast at hotel restaurant even it more expensive than outside but with the excellent service, i choose to have all meals in hotel.

wait too long for check in, so many people wait for check in, but just 2 staffs in the receptions. the process of check in also use many time. besides, we check in at 2:30 p.m., but the room still not ready. make my boss very angry for waiting here.

Not enough pools
And creepy baby statues with apples on top of them

Overall great hotel. They also have sushi in the all you can eat spot. Definitely recommended if you are a rich businessman that is trying to look cool in front of his clients or people with too much money

Good location of the hotel. Just a couple of steps to Central Park. A lot of restaurants, next to the Hotel are available. Hotel staff excellent, room clean and very quiet. No noise from the Shopping Mall. Taxi are available 24/7 Price is ok.

Very convenient location next to Central Park mall and Neo Soho. Near to CBD (reasonably, as long as you don't get caught in the jam). Easy to access expressway to and fro airport. Just avoid peak times in the evening starting from 5 pm till about 8 pm if you want to venture out, traffic is very heavy around this area.

Me and my family have to stay here for 2 nights because there are some works on our house. I like the interior, it's feel luxury and kinda unique. Collage Restaurant is also good, it's a buffet restaurant (buffet breakfast) with a lot of option of food. Since it is next to Central Park Mall, I think it will be great for people out side of Jakarta to stay here. Basically it has everything you need.

I always go to this place every year. And its not only the service, facility and other benefits a 5star hotel would have, but the artistic beautifully designed elements they provide are such a comfort to view. I always come here with my family and we usually book 2 rooms. I could say their rooms are quite comfortable. I have nothing to complain of. i never regret staying here and would always come back!.

The first thing you notice entering the large lobby area is the artistic elements of the hotel with lots of paintings and sculptures everywhere which take it out of the bland and give it a personality, and a nice relaxed, exuberant vibe. The rooms are a very clean and of good size and the gym well equipped. The breakfast buffet is a delicious smorgasbord of Asian and Western food. There is also a cool, chilled out bar downstairs too. Right next door is a huge mall so you can go shopping and also grab a bite to eat on the doorstep. Overall definitely worth staying here if you have business in the area or on a short break in Jakarta.

I had a meeting there and was impressed by the amount and quality of fine arts being displayed all around the hotel.
The meeting room was clean and well-equipped.
The lunch was not bad. Apparently not all staffs had enough knowledge as to what is served. (It's okay, I'd rather them being honest about it than making up stuff)
I believe there was a typo on the bonet pudding label, but that doesn't change the deliciousness. :)

+ Very capable and friendly staff, all speaking English.
+ Themed hotel decorated with taste right into the halls and rooms.
+ Stunning breakfast buffet with a huge variety and the required staff to keep everything clean and looking good
+ Super fast and efficient lifts
+ Nice indoor gym with modern treadmill machines
+ Hotel right next to a large mall selling almost everything one would ever need
+ The lowest room are already quite high up in the building, offering a nice view.
+ The rooms are modern with a thoughtful design and well equipped
- The touchscreens of all the treadmills were malfunctioning
- The indoor fitness room could have been air cooled a bit more, I have sweated quite a lot.
- Weak WiFi performance, I am glad I had a local SIM card for better data throughput.
- Weak water flow in the shower
- The lower room floor is just above the breakfast floor so in the morning I could hear the ballet of the chairs moving on the floor below.

Have been with accor advantage plus for 3years, but this stay is quite disappointing. The hotel was pleasant, free hammam and gym, welcome drinks, but some incidents quite stained its stars. The day of the check in, I clearly told the reception that I had one car parked. She told me she would note it down. But at the day I exited from the parking lot I had to pay 61,000. I returned to the lobby while my brother waiting in the car, the concierge scrutinized my Id and the parking ticket, took some good time after it had cleared. Finally told me it was okay, I went back to the parking exit door, and I still got charged 61,000 rupiah (we even involved in a heated argument with the parking employee). We were finally forced to pay.

Second incident, when I tried to use their all new Apple computer(s) downstairs (not the one in the business lounge) they asked me my Id, and the employee had to sync the keyboard and mouse (that went unsuccessfully) for over 10minutes. They might as well put a good old usable pc if they are afraid of theft. At least It can still be used by the customers that actually need it.

The hotel is okay, needless to say, their bedding might be one of the best in Jakarta. but 5 stars? I don't think so. This is hospitality business, not King Koil's

It was relaxing. All of the staff were very friendly and made our stay as enjoyable as possible. We thoroughly enjoyed the executive lounge and all of its benefits. The room was clean, large and well equipped.
The only thing we found that surprised us was the cost of having laundry done. it was quite high compared to other hotels in Indonesia. The rate seemed as high as being in Australia.
