We got bad room with not working fridge inside. The breakfast is mediocre, lifts took forever, our room keys didn't work on the first try, and the facilities is not as huge as it looks like in web. However we have been upgraded to suite without any hassle. The staffs are nice, helpful, can speak english well, and it is located near shopping centre.
It may have a hiccup, but the place is a great deal.response / report this review -

Pelayanan terutama concierge, reception, sangat memuaskan. Bed berkuruan besar. Lokasi strategis. Within walking distance to 24hour Indomaret and there is free shuttle to nearby shopping centres. For hotel deals, use Agoda. Was referenced to Agoda by elder sister. Will use this hotel for future trips to Jakarta.

Indonesian style breakfast buffet very sumptuous with heavy meals spread on buffet line. In become identical to all hotels and room rates with breakfast is a must deals.

We had CNY day lunch as a family. The taste is not 100% chinese but still okay and has a good range of choices. The staff is polite but the service could have been improved to enhance guest experience. The property has been there for some time, well-maintained and is comfortable enough judging from the lobby and its public restroom.

Reasonably priced and one of the better breakfasts I have tried. The room was well maintained and the bed was comfortable. Its worth upgrading the room if it costs just a little more, as the basic option is a bit small.

Well, just come to see friend. So far so good. The lobby feel like the exclusive place. Found some life music performance in the lobby, and of course it's a clean place. Maybe in future i want to reserved 1 room

Good breakfast, halal only, dissapointment for pork lovers. Friendly staffs. Not so clean when I got my 1st room, ac & fridge is not cool. Switch room the next day & everything is ok. Walking distance to mangga dua shopping malls & Harco electronics centre.

+ Excellent staff--always friendly and welcoming
+ Gorgeous pool
+ Lovely views of the city
+ Tasty breakfast with lots of local and Asian options
+ Breakfast starts nice and early
+ Good food at dinner, for a reasonable price
- Slow elevators; be sure to allow plenty of time to get up/down, especially on busy mornings
- No hand towels (not a problem, just kind of weird/awkward)
- Gym, halls were quite warm
- Low-quality shampoo/conditioner left my hair feeling greasy; bring your own.

Spacious room. Higher floors have a nice view of the Jakarta city. Moderately priced. The downside is the waiting time for the lift, which can be quite disappointing.

The surrounding was quite sleepy, and not great for walking. Have to rely on the taxi or on-demand transportation. The catering not that great. The decor was a bit dated.

Nice Place, having a good sleep. Surrounded by malls and shopping centre. Food is everywhere nearby. And.. the Hotel have a good service by providing shuttle bus to some near shopping places. Can be called by phone to pick us also. A good hotel.

I come here with my family during my vacation since its location is near to Dunia Fantasy. Room is good enough for those price rate, the staffs also charming. One of the most rude is their parking staff girl of which acting overly to hotel's guests, I get upset at the time, she order my wife to step out from our car to office room because our parking ticket was lost while letting me trapped by not opening the gate to move my car to front office parking area, and let people behind horn repeatedly. This hotel is good, but they need at least to retrain their parking staffs on how to serve guest better, not to act like actress.

We chose to stay here because they said they had a pool and the pictures looked nice. We have two children so we were planning on spending our time around the pool for a couple of days. Upon our arrival, after check-in and payment, they informed us that the pool was under renovation and not available. They did not offer any compensation for this inconvenience. Although they apologized, it did not make up for the fact we paid to stay here based on the information provided on their website. Besides that, they have only two elevators accessible for their guests, so you end up waiting for a while to get up to your room. The breakfast was nice with many options for food and the staff were very helpful. Hang on to your silverware or they will take it from you even if you aren't finished with it! I used the fitness room once. The treadmills are decent, but other than that there are a handful of machines to use. Bring your own water container, there were no cups to fill. Getting a taxi is very simple from here, just ask the staff at the front of the hotel. We had two rooms and the AC in one never did get very cold. It was adequate but not cold.

I didn't like anything about my stay here. The staff were rude, the room I paid for I didn't get, the pool has a cover and table on it, they offer no service to get to the airport and most of all the room did not get cleaned and I had to ask for water.
