classy modern contemporary. strategic location. not updated room service menu. no bintangs or heineken but only bali hai. no lasagna where they put lasagna. it took 30minutes more yo get a club sandwich

Great room even though its a little small, comfy pillows and bed, i love the ally where the carpet its so smooth and bouncy so its not noisy when people walking around outside. The food shockingly good. Great place to stay!

Three lamps were broken the moment we arrived at the room. The phone was not working. Towels had damp smell.

We told the front desk about it. They fixed the lamp. But one of them just broken the next day. Another one blinked. The phone was not fixed.

Water dropped from air con. We realized when my wife almost fell because of it. We told the front desk and nothing was fixed.

I only will recommend this hotel to the people that I hate.

Nice little hotel, good food, good service, but broken magnetic key and leakage at the bathroom need a proper fix. I ordered a single queen bedroom, but what I got was a twin single bed room where the bed where stack close each other, very disappointing, and also this non smooking room have this very thick smoke odor. Also In your room, There is a list of pricing for those guest who "damaged and lost hotel item", ranged from Rp.50k to Rp.3.5mill, which is new for me and to be honest very disturbing and make me feel uncomfortable and unpleasant, I mean, things get broken regulary right.. if you having a bad luck, you need to pay 3.5mill for broken magnetic key which may actually not your mistake and I will definitely hate that, and for that very unpleasant feeling, I give only 2stars for this (actually )nice hotel.

Very nice business hotel in the heart of Jakarta. Near to go anywhere and eazy to find uber ride from here. The food is nice, the staff are very friendly and helpfull, the room is nice, clean and tidy. Everything is great here.

Based on their price. It is a valued budget hotel. The room size is fit, tidy, bed quality is firm enough and pillows are kind of too high for non-pillow person but should be okay if you sleep with pillow, the bathroom quite large provided with aminities. Offering nice breakfast options from porridge, salad, meats, cereal also small swimming pool for children. The parking lot is small compared how many the room is. Located on the edge of prominent street and strategic location.

I do recommend this hotel.

Kamar mandi tidak fungsional, air shower bisa keluar sekat. Gelas minibar lama tidak dibersihkan. Handuk lama, sudah usang masih digunakan. Menu sarapan minim sekali.

Heavy traffic in front of the hotel. It is far from Trans Jakarta bus shelter about 1.4 km. Swimming pool is too small.

It is a budget hotel and that's all you get. Besides the weird dress code of the staff that forces female stuff to wear white hair The rooms are small and ours had been in poor condition. Took us two requests and attempts to get our room cleaned from "very dirty" to "ok to use"

This hotel offers a good value rooms for business travelers. It only takes 10-15 minutes to go to nearby Kuningan district. Although recently, the street in front of the hotel was jammed due to ongoing fly-over construction. Avoid returning to hotel at peak hour. Well, Pasar santa is close by, a late dinner would be nice.
