Room is not good as the first time I come back in 14. I guess it's not well maintained. Location is good tho, really as the middle of the city with plenty restaurants choice downstairs.

Just visit this place for meeting, but the foods are really good! I think only this hotel which serve a machine coffee for a coffee break, that's really awesome!

Room is OK, need a lilttle bit of refurbishment. The pool is nice , me n my kids love it..the view from the pool is nice too .

Please update your Room Photos. It's our first staycation with my son, and we booked here because we saw the corner room view in the Suite rooms. But then we finally found out that the suite rooms are not in the corners. This was really disappointing since this was our first time holiday after 6 months of no staycation. Late checkout price is quite expensive. 25% of room rates.

If you don't mind spending money for accommodation, this is a very good hotel located in city center. Rooms are clean, simple but stylish. Staffs are friendly. It's located inside a shopping mall, so you can find many choices of dining places.
It has 47 floors, so elevator wait may take time. If you mind about being on time for an appointment, you should consider elevator waiting time.

Love the view. I'll come back next week. Staff is very helpfully. Downstairs is a mall. Not really for shopping, not my kinda shops, but good for lots of food, massage, hairdresser, barbier, waxing and it feels like you're in the center of Jakarta.

It's a high-rise building, so the view is very good.
The lower floor of the hotel is a shopping center

Located in a mall this hotel offers good view from the room and since it is in a mall you dont have to going anywhere else to shop. But the service is not good, once I asked to clean the room while I was out but when I came back they never cleaned it

It's to bad, I have guest from Japan, and on Friday 3rd June 2016 I send to gift for him and received by reception Harris Suites, they didn't informed to my guest until his check out on 4th July 2016. Today I call to the reception and the answer is "maybe.. the staff forget to informed to the guest", How come they not informed.. It's very bad..

It's a convenient place to enjoy your shopping, food, and a lot of things but this room smells weird. I hate it. And I also feel smoking smell even though I asked to book non-smoking area.

Very nice hotel. The room was very spacious, bathroom really nice. I stayed on the 47th floor, having fantastic view over Jakarta. Rooms cleaned every day. The only disadvantage was that there was no breakfast, but the hotel is located in a shopping mall, so there is no problem to get something to eat in one of the bars, or restaurants located within. The staff was very friendly and helpful if anything needed. The gym and swimming pool are located on the 10th floor. So from the open pool you have view to Jakarta as well. The pool is quite large so if one likes to swim he can really enjoy the one. The gym was really ok like for a hotel gym.
