It's an old hotel, definitely not 5 star as advertised. AC in rooms don't work well, there are cockroaches and other bugs, shower tubs flood within 2 minutes and the elevators are struggle to use as the card reader does not work. I also came across some spoiled fruit at their breakfast. I called in the night before arriving and was hung up on 3 times between transfers after which someone told me I can check in at any time (asked specifically for 11). I came in at 11 and was told hotel was full and I would have to wait until 2pm. Has the potential to be nice hotel but just not well kept.

I recommended this hotel to my sister's family in Singapore. My first reason that I had was that this hotel considered a new hotel in town and has a strategic location. It was completely wrong. When my sister's family checked in, they found that the room was so small. Reception staff were so rude. Many cockroaches all over the place (room). Its not safe to keep or put some food. We have tried to put some food on the desk, the next minutes we're back, there were few cockroaches came to the food.
Toilet floor is slippery, The desk did not have a drawer (what a joke..), Furniture looks old. The price is not worth compared to what we had.. Such a shame that I have recommended this hotel to my sister.

While checking in, they swiped my Credit Card with amount of IDR 1,000,000 for security deposit reason and staff said, they will cancel the transaction once I checkout, but they still charged me 6 days later. Also booked a room with large bed, yet they gave me a room with 2 small beds saying hotel is fully booked. This is ridiculous. Food is also average. I strongly recommend booking your stay someplace else.

This hotel is really stunning to look at from outside and lobby, they have stunning view of Jakarta traffic from their rooms, but their rooms and facilities are small with broken tiles, torn wallpaper, and small parking area with bad access. The security is quite good, the staffs are very nice and very welcoming. The food and beverages tastes very delicious at Central Park with great service. But, after seeing the inside, I thought this is a 3rd star hotel.

Great hotel but has a strange policy of parking. When I drop to see my colleague and park for around and hour, if I silent they will give me free parking/ no cost. But if i mention my colleague room in order to get parking privilege they charge me IDR 10k.

Good, clean, very good price for value. Very nice view from window. Perfect location! In center of Jakarta, very near from 2 shopping malls. Different kinds of cuisines, Chinese, Indian, Indonesian and International.

Awesome place for Indians, especially vegetarians. All the three restaurants offer vegetarian food-Indian, Chinese and continental. Even buffet breakfast has at least one or two vegetarian options apart from breads, fruits, salads
Hotel is good. Decors are nice. Staff courteous. Internet speed decent. Associated with taxi rentals and taxi drop service providers. Overall a good hotel to stay.

Bad cleanliness and hygiene. Cockroaches walking around at the top floor bar and in the rooms, acrid smell in the rooms and moldy bathrooms. Definitely NOT recommended.

One of the hotels that is often used for meetings from the food offices here is diverse but less sophisticated enough luxurious facilities towering towering buildings and a pool that is not very comfortable because it is adjacent to another building Another office building that is likely to swim will be clearly visible

A nice and comfy hotel in the city, located nearby shopping centers and mall, easy access to public transport, has great restaurants inside the hotel too. It has a floor dedicated for ladies. And a nice swimming pool. Helpful staff, great service, great prices too. Recommended.

I really enjoyed staying at Manhattan Hotel . Staff are friendly , smiling , rooms are clean but the design of the bed was'nt the perfect due to edge coming out from bed which makes it easy to hit that edge with your legs while you are walking.

Breakfast is excellent and food is tasty and buffet selection was taking in consideration all kind of culture customers.

This Hotel has a really good location. It is in the near of a lots of malls, embassy, bars, etc. I was really satisfied.

The Bathroom was not so clean enough. The Wirlpool seems like something that had not been cleaned up regulary. They have to fix the air conditioner because it didn't work anymore!

The Room must be renewed! The Wallpapers didn't look good anymore!

The Breakfast war really terrible! The Chef could not cook. It tasted like nothing and was not so really fresh.

The bell boy was really nice. But the other personal wasn't really so friendly.

When we arrived there was blood on the tissue covering the matress.
The hotelbook was dusty like it hasn't even been cleant.
Behind my bed there was so much dust, it looked like there nobody cleaned it for 3 years.
The furniture of the room looks used and dirty.
Only the morning buffet is good. Therefore one star!

By the way management this is room 1912.
You suck.

Near center of the city and shopping malls. Easy to find public transport.
Cozy room, but need some improvement or small renovation. Delicious breakfast.
Staffs are friendly and helpful. I left my phone charger once. Called back to hotel, and confirmed that they keep it at their lost & found dept. So, took the charger on my way back to airport. Thanks a lot for that. :)

Modern hotel in southern Jakarta, great surroundings in Kemang, good rooms, breakfast ok if included in room rate.
Swimming pool rather small and suited for children only, lookout to adjacent office building.

I really love my room when i stay there, the view is very good and I really love the bathroom with the jacuzzi in it. Its a clean place, the breast buffet is have many options and the food is delicious.

No value for money. Curtains don't full close letting light in all the time, aircon can't cope with the size of the room making you easily sweat, no proper ventilation in the huge bath room making this room almost unusable, hotel is situated next to a main road with some kind of flyer or freeway too making it quite noisy in the room from early morning till late night, breakfast is okayish but don't expect something like green tea (just an idea of what you can expect to get or not to get).

Hi, my overall rating is due to the following reason:

- Room was always clean after the HK has done his job, Thanks!
- The room lock wasn't really working. After work, I always needed to go up and down several times until I could access my room. Thats not really 5 Stare worthy actually it was very embarrassing

I didnt like the hotel for several reasons. First their beds and bed sheets are dirty and filled with weird things. Second the internet, everytime you want to access the internet you should put a code. However, their breakfast is very good and delicious also i liked the swimming pool it is small but it has a good view.

Ordered a Caesar salad for dinner from here cost 95,000 IDR and was absolutely disgusting. The portion was about the size of a small bowl and it was drenched and mayo with hardly any meat. Total rip off

We stayed here during our Jakarta new year party in December 2015. We had 2 rooms, and they were clean and nice. We liked to stay close to Mega Kuningan, and this hotel is a great value for its price in that area.
