Small hotel with great services. The room is nice and clean. The security also good.
The wifi is great, you can access from lobby to your room.
The surrounding area still green, you can breath fresh air in the morning.
I'm very impressing with this hotel and become recommended hotel in this area.

Totally good service when you arrived at hotel lobby to the room. Breakfast was awesome with many choice & variety of the foods. The best variety among others 4 star hotel. Need improvement with room keycard that sometimes working sometimes don't, the elevator with same keycard working just fine all the time. The swimming pool also need to clean more often.

Stayed for a few nights on business travel. Room is good enough. Dine in food is great. Gym and pool available, not so big though. All in all, not bad.

We enjoyed the stay. The hotel is located in a place where so many activities & foods around, but the hotel can maintain its quietness needed by guests to take a good rest. Everything was clean. Surely a nice experience.

The amazing hotel with swimming pool area beside room..
and having a restaurant with so many kinds of food menu.. Good serve from Salsa, one of the employee at the restaurant..
I think it will be a great hotels at BSD area for a long time..

I'd like to recommend this hotel to everyone staying in BSD for short or long trip, business or holiday. It's located in strategic location downtown of BSD city. It's got 7 big meeting rooms for companies or government. Food is very nice and shopping mall is barely a short walk, if going to mall is your way to relax. There is a water park nearby as well for your kids.

in my opinion, for meeting room service quite slow. the snack was great, lots of varieties. but for the drink really ain't good as it looks. too much water for milo was really not good at all.

and for lunch and dinner had a different experience. the food at lunch was quite good but the meat a little bit hard to chew but that's fine by me. but for the salad was ain't good at all. the salad not that fresh at all. have you pick it fresh or just taking it in the fridge? because it's really not that fresh at all. the yogurt taste like flour. do you adding raw flour in your yogurt? thank you

The hotel is in good location. You can reach Teras Kota on foot. The restaurant is pretty small, but the food is nice. Their swimming pool is extremely small. Staffs are friendly. Room is clean and TV is huge.

Quite Good facility. Have so many access to the other entertaining and dinner place. Not good Internet Access inside the room, especially the guess who stay in the upper floor. Meals are so so.

Great Hotel

We stay at Juniour Suite with best RATE they offer.

Pros : Clean and Tidy, Good Breakfast, best employee of the day we think goes to the lady on the reception upon check in, the man on the pool and the security guard upon entering the gate - Good Hospitality
Cons : They should double check the room, miss no mineral water, no bathmat upon check in. Maybe because we checked in at 12pm. Earlier than it should be. No LIFT to Basement

Above all that..Great Place to stay and getaway

4-Star Hotel with cheapest price among 4-star hotels and good services. The place is strategist and i can walk just for going to Teras Kota Mall. There is also free shuttle bus for you if you need to go somewhere around. I really enjoyed my one night there, and i was regret why i just booked for one night? why don't two nights? Definitely, i will be back. That's what i've been looking for!

Not our first time here, so we know what to expect: a nice place for a little getaway.
The room is nice and clean. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Many places to go to for hangout that are not too far from the hotel. A water park just a walk away. Just one little thing though, the breakfast menu could be better in terms of variety.

The staff are friendly, food are above average. Spacious room and reasonably complete amenity, but could be better with some improvement in several areas such as swimming pool and fitness center. WiFi is available but the internet speed is not stellar.

Great improvement on the front desk service. More attentive to the guests. Smooth check in. Room was clean. Room service food was delicious and affordable. One minor issues on the shower cubicle door needs to be improved on the sealing. Water was flowing out to the main toilet floor. Also on the Wifi is not strong the signal.

Nice cozy hotel, even they has small restaurant, but they have plenty of food option. Unfortunately my room has a bad tv reception and an ugly towel hanger. That's why i gave grand zuri only four star.

Nice and cozy hotel. They served Indonesian traditional foods too. I liked it, that they have shoe polish machine near every restroom. Wi-Fi is a little bit slow for a 'grand' hotel.

I was staying 2 nights, from March 26 to 28, 2015. I am a regular guest at this hotel. When i checked into my room on March 26, i realized i was not able to receive clear reception on my TV. After several tries, it was the same. I called the front desk and spoke to the night duty manager on March 26 for assistance. The duty manager, came to check the problem and immediately changed me to another room, while trying to rectify the problem. Since it was already very late, she felt i shouldn't be disturbed, while they will handling the problem. She helped me by having all my belongings brought over to my new room. The TV reception was also much better. She went the extra mile and made my stay in Grand Zuri@ BSD a very experience. Kudos to the night duty manageress on during the period of March 26 to March 28. I have forget her name, but she was just promoted to the duty manageress.

She has made a good impression on me and made my stay a very pleasant experience.
