I went to Grand Mercure Jakarta Harmoni to attend a wedding. This place has good and friendly services. The food i ate at the wedding is sub-par with other 5 star hotels i ate at. While the food is not bad, it certainly is below my expectations for a 5 star hotel.

Mostly in line with brand standard, even if country and cultural factor change a little bit the Mercure experience. In any case, peoples are absolutely kind.

The lifters management is a real mess. You can easily waste 10min before to go in/out.

During my stay, wifi was not working. Really inconvenient for foreigner visitors.

Nice 4-star hotel in North Jakarta, but not too far from the Central business district. The amenities are alright. Gajah Mada -- an older middle class mall -- is located across the road and accessible by a footbridge. McDonald's is just 50 metres south of the hotel. The WiFi didn't work during the last 2 days of my stay. 😒 Staff is friendly and courteous. Check-in and out efficiently. Didn't eat there so can't comment. Welcome drink (non-alcoholic) was a nice touch.

Grand mercure Jakarta is one of a hotel in Hayam Wuruk street. Strategic place, comfortable loby, nice restaurant, nice breakfast, enough elevator, good swimming pool for adults and children. The room is quite comfortable equipped with shower bath, separate shower, wastafel and toilet. There is minibar, water heater and instant drink, cable TV and huge single bed. Mostly nothing special but this is a recommended hotel in North Jakarta.

Visited this hotel for couple times on weekend. Spacious room, nice amenities, and various breakfast choices! If you don't find your favorite food at the hotel, just go outside and you can go to McD or food courts inside mall on foot. Recommended 5 stars hotel at Harmoni.

It is definitely a five-star hotel. The room is spacious, sophisticated, and beautiful. The food is delicious with different choices from traditional to modern. The staffs are nice and helpful. Just perfect.

The Hotel is good. Staffa are nice. And my 5 stars given for the breakfast. This hotel's breakfast is excellent with many kind of food you can choose
You can choose India, Indonesia, Western, Chinese and Japanese food all you can eat. Also some fruits and juices.

Nice and friendly reception staff upon check in and check out process. All staff really welcome us , when we are arrived and enter the lobby. Welcoming by a nice door girl also. So satisfied with this service.

I stayed here on Wednesday to Friday for business. Location is very strategic to my client's office at Thamrin. Excellent facilities and service. Breakfast is good, room is clean, staffs are helpful and friendly. I extended my stay and family joined me on weekend. Easy access from/to airport and Dunia Fantasi amusement park and Ancol. Close to Monas and museums. My family was very happy. Just need a little more attention to taxi service. Definitely will come back later.

I just attending a product launching & demo from one of my supplier here.
Can't review about the room, but I can say its easy access to anywhere in town.
Located in the center of Jakarta (across Gajah Mada Plaza) so near to Halte Busway.
They have few banquet/meeting rooms, not quite big as BIG room but moderate I guess Coz this hotel still new (not more than 5 years I think) so everything still shiny 😂
For the food, its good As this one is a 5* hotels

Good hotel close to center city, walk-able to National Monument if you are ok with the heat. In-room facilities are a little aged, but only if you do a deep inspection. Excellent and attentive staff and security.

Great location. Good service. Bed is great and has great shower. AC is too cold. Tv is too small for 4 stars hotel.

Attentive and friendly staff. Complete breakfast buffet set. kind of boring though, but its okay since I stay here for a total 7 weeks here last year. Small swimming pool but its perfect for chilling out after a workout on the free gym, then use the whirpool, and have a nice massage afterwards..

Good, clean and relatively new hotel. Located in the city center, walking distance from the Monas and right next to a Transjakarta bus stop. The pool is very nice, but the sauna/spa complex next to it advertised rather questionable 'massages' late at night.

Duluxe room is pretty huge, the bathroom also huge but to bad it doesn't have bathtub with all that space. Breakfast tasted mediocre, would've give 5 star if it was good
