The food was amazing, a lot of choices and good taste.
The room is standard but worth with the price.
The staff is so helpful.
And the last but not least, the hotel's location is very strategic in the cemter of Bogor.

Quite good for a 3 star hotel. They even gave us 4 bottles of complimentary bottled water (2 in the bedroom & 2 inside the bathroom). The breakfast menu are also good. It's just that parking space is very limited.

Stay here 2 nights for holiday. Check in process was very helpful and very fast. Room size is not very spacious. They have quite a lot TV channel with 2 HBO channel inside which you or your kids can just watching TV all day long. Noisy faucet water in the next room make us a little bit uncomfortable. They really need to improve this matter since I've seen a lot of same concern from another reviewer. The best thing from this hotel is their location which inside the mall then its very easy for you to find some foods, buy some clothes or even just getting the fresh air. The location in front of Bogor Botanical Garden also make this hotel is so perfect. It's just need to walk about 15 minutes to going there. Breakfast is quite good with a lot of variation from local and international menu. Staff are very friendly.

Good location because near/at the top of Botani Square and toll road. Good service as Santika standard.
The lack is no parking lots, small lobby, room looks old, need renovation. Restaurant so small and crowded when breakfast time. The price is high as 3 star hotel rate.

Delicious food, comfortable place, warm hospitality from the staffs. Santika Hotel always serves with the best quality. This hotel is also good for MICE. The facilities are awesome. There's a pool, restaurant, and many other facilities.
Talking about food, the specialty of Santika hotel is always Indonesian authentic cuisine. You can taste various Indonesian menu here. And the taste is wonderful.

Harus memberikan hanya 2 bintang saja. Segi positif hotel ini adalah waktu proses check-in dan check out cukup baik. Rasa dari sajian breakfast juga baik. Namun beberapa pengalaman tidak menyenangkan adalah
1. Dari 2 kamar yang saya pesan, satu kamar (801) sangat amat bau rokok (saya amat toleran dengan bau, namun tidak kali ini yang "amat sangat", lalu tirai kamar yg sobek dan kamar yang sangat berdebu dan tanpa adanya fridge.
2. Kamar 807. So far komplain saya adalah leaking di spray jet untuk washer. Lalu kembali tidak ada fridge!

Komplain kamar 801 sudah saya sampaikan semenjak masuk kamar di tanggal 9 Desember siang sekitar 14:00 wib, lalu disusul pukul 16:30 wib, namun hingga checkout pun tidak ada followup, permintaan maaf apalagi penjelasan.

Kembali menginap lagi ?? TIDAK

Hotel Santika ini adalah hotel berbintang yang lokasinya sangat strategis
Berada di dalam kompleks Mall Botani square, hotel ini sangat dekat dengan Kebun Raya Bogor, Tugu Kujang, Kompleks kampus IPB, dn terminal Baranngsiang Bogor.
Bahkan lokasinya bersebelahan dengan terminal shuttle bis bandara. Sehingga turis yang datang dari luar kota bisa dengan mudah mengunjungi hotel ini.

The room is quiet good, breakfast is also nice. I came here to held a meeting, was very disappointed about the staff. They not stand by near the meeting room, we need to call them like thousand time to get help. But if you come here to stay i still recommend this place because it's located inside Botani Square mall and so much tourist attraction.

Not so bad, we booked for non smoking room but the receptionist tried to give us the smoking room with treatment because according to him all non smoking room sold out. However, we insisted to get the non smoking room as we ordered and after a while, I don’t know how he did it, finally he gave us the non smoking room.

The hotel is located right in the heart of Bogor city. Location wise, the hotel is pretty good, even more if you plan to visit Bogor's icon, the Kebun Raya. It also closes to mall, souvenirs and restaurants. The room is pretty large compared to other hotels in the area, so you might want to consider this hotel if your family tags along.

The downfall is that the hotel is pretty minimalist when it comes to food it served.

Nice, cozy but standard hotel. Good place to hold an office meeting. One of best feature of this hotel is it location. It is not far from the main tourist attractions in Bogor. It is also situated near the toll road and its neighbour is the Botani Mall.

This hotel located in one location with Botani Mall. The biggest mall in Bogor City. The room is clean and the service is relatively very responsive and fast. Delicious food with many variations. The swimming pool will make your children enjoy stay in Santika Bogor.

Best location, connected to a shopping mall which makes it easy to find restaurants and daily necessities. Room was spacious and clean. Service was good. Guests who stay more than 14 consecutive nights get special treatment, such as receiving free fruits and beverages. Bathroom didn't have towel hanger and I felt it wasn't well designed, but it's not a big deal.

The room is nice and clean. Located next to the Botani Square Mall. There is a connecting door from the inside of hotel to go to Botani Square Mall for the guests. The view is also very beautiful.

As we arrived in Indonesia after 20 hours of flights, we decided to skip Jakarta en go straight to Bogor. It's a 1,5 hour drive, at least after 2100 hours on a monday. Cheery staff checked us in with minimum fuss and helped us getting to our (connecting) rooms as fast as possible. Most of the family slept over 12 hours, but the waiters at the restaurant arranged a whole box of danish as a replacement. The next two days breakfast was great; best we've had in Indonesia. The hotel is part of Botani Square mall with a good foodcourt on the top floor. The number 1 attraction, the botanic garden, is a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Very much recommended.

Rooms:
The rooms are clean. Well laid out and efficient.
However, if you're a couple you're in for an annoying surprise: split beds!
You can move the beds so they're close to each other but this is rather odd as they don't inform you nor do they alert couples of this fact. Often you cannot get another room if you book in advance or through an agency.

Views:
You're right next to the Bogor Botanical Gardens and the views are excellent.
Sunsets are AWESOME over the tops of the large trees (you can experience this starting at floor 5 and higher).
