Pros:
1. Nice EcoPark at front and amazing beach behind.
2. Cozy place, spacy lobby area, connected to park and swimming pool.
3. Friendly staffs, they are helpful and informative.

Cons:
1. An outdated hotel, renovated but only appearance.
2. Many unfinished and not well planned room facilities.
3. Fully-open head parking area, sun and rain all in for parking zone.

Great place. Quite far from noises. Rooms are wide, nice, classy, comfortable. Park area also sufficient. You have to enter from TIJA's entrances. Make sure you not have any potential to go outside (search for food, general supplies, etc) because it located on private roads.

Cocok buat acara gathering atau seminar kantor. Ballroom nya luas. Untuk makanan juga rasanya enak dan bervariasi. Untuk kamar juga bersih dan luas. Kalau mau ngadain permainan outdoor juga bisa, lapangannya lumayan luas. Pelayanannya juga juara. Recommend deh pokoknya. 👍👍

I have a room with magnificent ocean view at night and the location near from Ecopark. The room for me are spacious, modern and cozy. There are a refrigrator, couch, hot shower, television, drawer and amazing view. But the things really concern is check in, which need to wait for 3hours, i awaited from 1pm-4pm, really long check in. Food taste in restaurant just so so. The other problem is the connecting door next to my room is really noisy and i can hear people called at 5am so i couldn't have tight sleep. For me as 4stars hotel, it still lack of service and have bad experience here.

Nice to stayed (i was there at weekend always). Good taste and take outdoor seat while breakfast. Nice sea view but temporary you will see some project at there. Take Grand deluxe room if any plan.

nice place to stay. far from noisy street. If you stay here make sure you ask the hotel staff for guarantee letter to visit ancol. So you don't have to pay again at the main gate, if you go outside show them your guarantee letter.

Enjoy ancol beach in the morning and some good place to hangout at night.

This 4-Star hotel has 5-Star service and hospitality. Recently upgraded rooms make it more modern and more convenient. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Everything here really make me "Feel Welcome".

Never stay here, the place is so nice, so the room was directly facing the sea, just so nice, the children so feel at home here they are happy, can see the sea directly while sleeping without fear of hot sun, can swim for children and adults swimming pool there is available various kinds Glad to stop here. Hopefully another time can come back here bringing a big family.

Room was good, view was good, rate was good. Food was good.
It's just that when we stayed there was fire (small) incidence. None got hurt but all the guests have to go out and stay almost 2 hours outside before finally got (back) in. Bathroom was old but good except for the flushing that smelled not really good.

It was very great experience, i booked family room for 1 night. At the time i came, i didn't notice that the staff told us that, they upgrading our room. Until i get to our room, that is the Presidential Suite room, that time i just realize that we have been upgrading. That was a huge room, comfortable, large, nice view, and others that i can't described in here. The point is unbelievable experience and amazing gift from Accorhotels.

My experience stay at hotel mercure. very disappointing. When I entered my room I checked the cleanliness of the bathroom. Trash bin is not covered with plastic waste. All water from sink to shower all hot water. Positioned into cold water is still out hot water. And in room 218 under sink I found 2 broken glass shard. I also check the water situation in room 219 was water that came out also hot water. The cleanliness in both rooms was disappointing the carpet in the rooms still felt dusty. And in the corner of the bathroom still had leftovers

For 5 stars hotel with fantastic price, actually i expect more than that.. So the pool is quite good.. But i think children will be love the pool because it has slide.. The breakfast menu not so much variation.. The old building has small balcony in the room but not like what i expected as balcony that we can have a seat and chat with our family.. They has no bath robe in the room and minibar is not available..

Masuk sweeping tanpa ada penghuniwalau niat baik..menurut saya kurang pantas..krn kamar itu privasi pengunjung

Pengalaman saya di hotel lain..tetap izin..pagi biasanya..itu lebih baik..daripada masuk tanpa izin

Lalu..ditambahlagi..saat saya di lift..ada ibu..ibu yg bilang dompet anaknya hilang dikamardan dia sempet bilang akan komplen pelayanan yg kurang baik..

Jadi..menurut saya lebih sopan..saat mau bersih2 tetep ada penghuninya.Untuk menghindari hal yg tdk diinginkan

Kasian juga CSnya..nanti kesalahan..

Untuk menu sarapanlebih ditingkatin mutu rasa dan variasinya..

Untuk anak2 lebih ditingkatin fasilitas aktivitas edukasi n have funsaat selesai sarapan pagi

Saya menginap 3 malam saat libur lebaran, hotel sangat penuh. Kamar saya kebetulan connecting room, sehingga suara kamar sebelah terdengar jelas dan berisik. Breakfast kurang variatif, 3 hari menunya hampir sama semua. Untuk tiket masuk ancol direfund sebagai compliment, tapi harus tukar di pintu masuk, sangat merepotkan! Yang bagus di Hotel ini adalah acaranya, total menghibur tamu terutama anak-anak. Petugas dan staf sangat ramah.

We went for a conference for work, but stayed three nights longer. The food was great! Breakfast buffet included. Very convenient. The service was wonderful too. We were there 8 days so we got to know some of the staff well. They were so polite and willing to help whatever was needed.

Room was clean and spacious. Plus, we had a beautiful ocean view.
Pool was fun and my kids loved the water slide!!! We went almost everyday.

There was a Pizza Hut and Starbucks on the Ancol property within walking distance. We went often.

If I'm in Jakarta again I would stay here.

What I liked about this place, in terms of location and facilities, was undone by two very basic things about customer service. Let me first talk about good things - location, good swimming pool, water slides and overall great atmosphere to relax and take it easy. Good options also in terms of restaurants.
What I didn't like was their inability to handle international customers. Staff (even at the reception) has trouble understanding English. Breakfast does not have many continental options. On top of that I was charged for the breakfast, sighting the reason that I did not book it in the first place. But, could not get proper reasoning is to why that was not made clear to me the time of check-in. Or why did they choose to not include breakfast when I upgraded my booking to twice the original price I booked to begin with. Since I was there with the family (incl. 2 kids), I had no option but to buy their breakfast at extortionate pricing. Leaves a bitter taste to what was shaping up to be a good experience. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone I know.

i was satisfied with the room i used the last three days of my staying (562), although i had to ask for that alternate room since my first room was of the old building with i assume quite dusty (253). I think the old rooms/building should be renovated soon and transformed into the newest design as the rest. Thank you.
For the food, more vegetables--especially the green ones would be delightful :)

Saya senang di Mercure Ancol karena lokasinya yang sangat dekat dengan pantai dan suasananya nyaman
lobbynya nyaman, kamarnya cukup bagi saya meskipun saya di yang kelas bawah, tetapi saya paling senang yang diatas lantai 4 dan view nya menghadap ke laut.

Kekuranganya :
dalam pelayanan makan sepertinya kurang siap jika harus melayanani lebih dari 400 orang (karena ada rombongan lain hingga kamarnya penuh) terutama dalam penyajian dan keberlangsungan makanan serta estimasi jumlah untuk siang dan malam

Saya sering bila makan melalui restoran woo bagus banget tetapi saat terakhir dalam rombongan besar di tenda bawah kami sering kehabisan makanan atau telat

penilaian saya ini berlaku untuk kunjungan saya yang terakhir
kalau tidak dalam rombongan besar semuanya bagus
namun secara umum kami puas.

dapet kamar deluxe, padahal request yg smoking room tp katanya full..
kolam renang kotor anak-anak saya pd gatel abis berenang..
bfast juga kurang enak, ga sesuai ekspektasi..
bellboy nya pilih kasih bgt mungkin dia liat dari cara berpakaian, yg keliatan biasa aja ga dibantu bawa koper!!!
ngarep bgt dapet tip dr guest jdnya pilih pilih bgt bellboynya..
cukup pertama dan terakhir aja nginap di mercure ancol

the hotel looks a little old fashioned but I do somehow feel comfortable.
front desk service was good. breakfast that was served was good.
everything is up to my expectation except the condition of the room.
there is still room for improvement. a fresh new look on the room would be very appreciated.

the room is so spacious and the view to the sea is so nice, there is also the balcony in the room, which is really good coz we can go outside to see the beautiful view of the sea. The pool is cool with two small water booms in kids pool area. My 2-years-old daughter was so happy and repeatedly asking her father to accompany her for sliding on the water boom, too bad the other one was still out of service. The breakfast is also nice with many various food. There is also a bicycle service for the hotel guests if they would like to see the nearby areas by bike. This is actually not my first stayed in this hotel. Me and my family always love to stay in this hotel and we would definitely like to stay again some other time.

This is my first time spending nights at Mercure Ancol. My wife and I decided to have a holiday in Ancol and we decided to book a room at Mercure Hotel. We booked a standard room because I believe the standard of the room will still be convenient. I was a little bit surprised when the receptionist told me that it was an old and not-yet-renovated room when I checked in. She gave me the impression that I chose a wrong room and I should upgrade my booking (of course I have to pay for that) if I want to have a more pleasant room. I told her that I'd stick to my plan, curious to see what the room was like at a four-star hotel in the most famous recreational location in the heart of Jakarta. Fortunately, the receptionist decided to upgrade my room without having to pay anything and I ended up having a pleasant stay at Mercure. My holiday was just perfect. I'd like to express my gratitude for the service I got during my stay at Mercure Hotel. Keep up the good work.

The grand deluxe room is great! Love the interior design. Size of the room is big.

Mr. Prasetyo, the front office staf is very friendly & professional. I like his prompt response.

My kids enjoy Mimo Kids Club & the swimming pool very much.

Our 3rd time staying at Mercure Ancol for family vacation is surely the best experience.

We took a standard room. Room condition: The carpet stinks, it's dirty and has a wettish texture. The bed is small. The food is OK. Most of the channels are in Indonesian language. Quite bad service. Small bed, small bathroom and there are insects flying over on the bathroom sink. The pool has red ants. I can't stand the smell, it smells horrible! The pillow smells bad and so was the wardrobe.

If you planning to stay more than a day in jakarta I'm not recommend u to stay here because it's far from city and all facilities need. Plus y need to pay 500.000rp for each staying day..!!

One of my favorite hotel in Jakarta. I had stayed many time there with my family, and we never get bored. The kids are so happy the the pool, the can swim all day long. I also recommend my office to have meetings and annual event here. Yup, We had several time MICE here, the meeting participants always happy to stay here.

Overall, the hotel has good facilities. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is satisfy. Sleep quality is good. The main lack is the wireless connection or wifi, i found it difficult to get connected to the wifi. Sure to comeback again for lodging options.

Friendly and helful staff. We got old connection room but good maintenance. Only the breakfast was too boring since we stay more than 1 day (because the menus remaining the same) and the towel need to renew since it color not white anymore and not soft as usual. So far it was nice experients but was not our favorite.

Lucky we,,
we had up grade room with excelent service and delicious breakfast. Also had fun experience with kids play ground.
But, please notify for bad internet conection. We can't used it.

The first room i was in (262) was beautiful but the air conditioning unit and the phone was not working properly so i ended up not having a good night's sleep. It took 2 days of complaining before the hotel management acted on it and moved me to another room (the night before my checkout date when in fact i stayed in the hotel for 5 days).

The second room (608) had a working air-conditioning unit but the wifi was not working and the room and bathroom had molds in it. It really needs to be greatly improved.
