They provide a spacious room but with under powered air conditioner. The room temperature tend to be higher made me and my spouse feel uncomfort during the night.

The worse transit hotel for group tour
I broght many pax, i have deposit as well to secure the rooms. And when i was arrived there, my group rooms nof not ready yet. The staff are very untrained particularly the front desk. There's no communication among the marketing and front desk. I recommend you to choose another hotel if you bring a big group tour.

Good condition is only cheap
I'll never come again here.
Because I made a booking at 6am for wake up and 7am car to go airport. But they didn't moning call to me. Also the car late 15minute.

Pelayanan tidak memuaskan! Not recommended hotel! They dont give me a coffee and breakfast as they promisses. Dont trust their shuttel bus when you in a hurry. This make me piss out.

I got room 2259 whose the air con is not working. Too warm and hot inside my room. The room has no window since it is located in the middle of building The staff aren't really helpful, they respond me but take a long time to act Not a recommended hotel (in my point of view)
