Tempatnya lumayan, kolam renangnya walau sederhana cukup membuat anak-anak senang, tempat tidur twin masing-masing ukurannya cukup lebar.

Kekurangannya adalah kamar mandi+toilet yang kecil sekali, dan anak-anak umur 2 tahun sudah harus membayar untuk makan (jika jumlah tamu kamar melebihi jatah kamar).

Small hotel in a good area. Easy check in and check out. Plenty of parking space available. But it is slightly run down as it's a mix building of apartment & hotel. It doesn't look elegant as hotel.
The standard room is small and bathroom is just an apartment bathroom. It doesn't look like an hotel. The white towel provided was dirty. Alot of brown patches on the towel. Need to pay attention on this as look unhealthy.
The breakfast was ok. But the restaurant were not maintain to high standard. Wallpaper came off everywhere.

I was stay 3 days 2 night for business trip in this hotel.I still remember I was busy prepare all my document in despite of breakfast time at restaurant.The Guest Services Supervisor come over to my table and asking what I wanna eat and she does help me.If I had chance I'll stay in this hotel again

The room was not clean, food (breakfast) was not tasty and lack of variety, receptionist was not friendly. Such a regret to stay in this hotel.

Affordable price, family room available (for 3 guests) with 2 separated rooms (double and single), nice breakfast bouquet (salad bar available, mostly Indonesian dish, recommended omelette).

Can not find another alternative in Surabaya especially for family stay, I ve been here bunch of times.

Place is clean, despite the pretty well aged building. Parking space is too few. I don't recommend bringing your vehicle here. Restaurant is good, food tastes okay. Pool is good and pretty clean. Service is good, but lacks personnel. Long queue at times at the desk.

Parking lot is too small and way too expensive. Don't expect too much from the hotel's lobby. Small area, insufficient space even for 15 ppl. Security in the hotel is great. Need to have access card for the elevator and the room. Not much hotel's facilities to enjoy. Pool area is clean but always full of ppl. The restaurant is nice, but I can't enjoy the city view since the windows glass is so dirty. The food's taste isn't something this hotel can be proud of. The room is clean. The hot water running well, but the bathroom size is so small too. Even though it's cheap, I don't think I want to go there anymore.

Hotel Gunawangsa Manyar

#For The Room, Its so great, maybe because the type of room, but i feel satisfied with the interior, complete with sandals and warm blanket, the bathroom is also clean and i can see the rest of Surabaya from my window
#For The Facilities, I Feel that i have my personal swimming pool because i can go there where ever i want, for the breakfast, i like it!!, the menus so make me hungry and i hope i could eat it all :p , for the Security, it also great because if we want to go to our room, we must have a card and it made me feel safe
#For The Team Service, they are so friendly yet professional at once, they help me and my friend much when we needed anything
Overall, i really satisfied with This Hotel, it will be great if one day i can go there again

Family room is too narrow, the sofa is dirty, the room is smelly and the bathroom is very small. The price is not suit with the room condition. Won't stay in here again.

Found tissue in my food. Hot water was very limited. Shampoo smells like toilet cleaner. The balcony was very dirty. Poor location. It's actually a 5-story hotel with 15 levels of apartments below so the main lobby can be quite crowded with regular residents. A 3-star hotel with a 2-star service and facilities. Truly, truly disappointed.

This hotel has a great value indeed!
The room is quite clean, the staffs are helpful and , the Wi-Fi speed is okay, the breakfast is the best.
The only concern is about the room's cleanliness, I'm not sure why the towels are quite dark and the blanket is not-so-white. Hopefully they will fix this issue.
But definitely will be a returnee on my next stay in Surabaya!
