review for all you can eat ramadhan

-cosiness(comfort) =(5/5) facility are good, free wifi, clean and comfortable place

-cleanliness = (5/5) overall clean

-service =(4/5) mmm well service, cuma gak suka mbak2 nya tiba2 ngambil piring dr samping, kan kaget hehe

-quality offered =(4/5) about 3,5 stars, well not really good :(, the word to describe the taste is "enough" to "goood"

-price = for all you can eat : cheap
-instagramable = not really, but take ur shot

-product variety = since its all you can eat they sure have many variety

*good staff, good service, cukup ramah, ada bedug azan jadi g bingung

*free valet for all you can eat (nice)

*clean mushola (but pretty small for fasting event)

Never been to stay here. But my daughter has her graduation ceremony here. And the ballroom is nice and posh. With a very nice of smelling air, i love it. It has it own mushala in the ballroom. So we dont have to confused getting to other area. Restroom is clean. Food is good. I think its satisfying

Clean, comfy, but nothing special. No pool, no descent gym. Breakfast menu was great, but restaurant service were very slow. There's a coffee stall at the lobby but I need to wait for 10 mins, 3 times asking for someone to put order. Then waited another 10 mins for the coffee, I was late for meeting, took out my coffee and ask them to put the exchange in my room but its not there till I checked out.

Good place and facility. But I think they serve not realy good food and not realy good service. I've got dried rice for my 'king chicken' package, it's realy like a chicken meal. When I want to take away some food i've bought, no smile frome the staf. I hope it'll better tomorrow.

Very bad experience in the restaurant. I was seated in the corner..started to enjoy my buffet dinner. A group of young but nasty people celebrating birthdaytaking photos.. crowding around my table like I was not there. Leaning on the chairs in front of me with the asseses facing my face. I complained to the manager. He didn't even try to manage the issue. I left with a bad mood. They tried to waive the charge. I didn't take it. I still paid. My complaint is not looking for discount

The meeting room is spacious, clean restroom, fancy restaurant with delicious food. Need improvement for the prayer room as it is quite small, also narrow parking lot in front of lobby.

I've been to a better hotel than this.
The room is spacious, the staff are nice, and the food in the restaurant doesn't has much variation (but the taste is still good).
This hotel doesn't has swimming pool, but there's gym facility. They also offer spa after you have your exercise in the gym, or after your activity.
One plus point that I like from this hotel is, they offer some small stuff that usually traveler can't bring. Such as sajadah (praying mat), razor, nail clipper, and even bolster. You can borrow them all with free.
