This hotel is masked by great pictures but once you stay there you will soon realize the signal is terrible for a mobile network and the shoddy WiFi will leave you irritated. No towels were replaced so I had to embarrassingly call to replace them after having a shower. I also asked numerous times for an iron and was told 12 hours later that they only had 1 working one and that it was in use. I went to a meeting with wrinkled clothes. When I went for breakfast it was all cold and the staff porter was sleeping at the welcome desk. I am very disappointed with my stay there. I didn't get an apology even after complaining 3 times. Avoid avoid avoid.

Budget hotel room rates but facilities like upscale hotel. Distance to airport quite taken a time but you enjoy the view of city.
Good breakfast spread and adequate swimming pool for kids.
Clean room and toilet although we check in earlier the house keeping did great job.response / report this review -

From the doorman, bloon, receptionist bodoh, too many customer complaint the room remain untidy even asked or informed since morning 1030, until 1700 necer clean.

Love the simple yet comfortable ambience it offers. Although it is not so big, but it has the elegance you need to hold some formal occasions. They have a very well maintained facilities and amiable staff. The rooms are clean and neat.

Located in the center of surabaya, comes with affordable price and a lot of parking space. Unfortunately the breakfast is not my favourite one.

Very relaxing place. Have balcony on every rooms, not to spacy but still good. Bathroom is clean but sometimes clogged. Cozy neighborhood.

Checked in 22.00 after a long drive..and I forgot to bring my wife's medicine, but the security guy helped me to go to drug store immediately..really appreciate with the respond..will come back again..

There is a light outside the door that is activated when put the card key inside the room. That's mean everyone know if you are inside or outside the room.
That thing harm the privacy of the guests and it's the first time I see this type of surveillance in a hotel!
The internet hasn't worked for all my stay!
Other than that, the room are dirty, the air conditioner release water on the floor and the area around is degraded.response / report this review -

Nice room and services. But, the WiFi wasn't working and so complicated to set it up. Drainage in the bathroom was also somewhat clogged, so when I took a shower, the floor became flooded. I hope this hotel can be better in the future.
