Very convinience since the hotel is connecting with Teraskota mall. Easy acces for food, movie theater, book store and other activities. It has been 7 years and hopefully, counting.

Have connecting way straight to Terrace Kota Mall, a mini mall where have reastaurant, minimarket, movie, even money changer stall. A little bit small room size for standart rooms. Some time key card have trouble, but don't worry, the hotel staff will helpful.

Tidak pemberitahuan sampai masuk kamar, ada acara nonton bola berisik banget selesai jam 1.30 malam! dan ada bonus musik ajeb2 di jam 12.30 malam!. kamar yg suite aja kecil, gimana yg standard? dan ga soundproof.
Kalo pengen istirahat, jangan pake hotel ini deh. absolutely not reccomended for weekend stay. just dontresponse / report this review -

Disturbing engineering team was working very loudly at 2AM. Asked for Duty Manager and he was never showed up slept tight inside his room.

I stay here for 5 days in a row for business trip. The location is very strategic since it was near located exactly side by side with Teras Kota Mall, which provide you almost everything (cinema, bookstore, restaurant, etc).
The food taste okay, and they have various kind of food.
The room space is also okay (because I was there alone).
You might be shocked since it was not as 'Santika' as you expected (looking at the size) but you can forgive all things for strategic location.
The bathroom is ok, they dont have bath tube here. Cleanliness is ok.
The staff is helpfull and they ask me what things that need to improve, and I honestly tell them what.response / report this review -

It's a very good hotel for the price. I stayed in the suite room and it had a balcony with very nice views. Decently spacious room with good bed. Power socket position near the bed is the most welcome for people who like to be be always connected. Very courteous staff. Every one smiles and greets. Had no hassle what so ever. Areas of improvement are minor interms of fit and finish of rooms. Squaky and shaking taps. Space for soap in the shower. Towel placement

Despite being old and gloomy, the rooms offered are pretty clean. They offered standard room amenities. The buffet is so so but I really like the location of the hotel.

The hotel is located in one place with Teras Kota Mall. You can find many resto in the mall. The room is relatively small but clean. I think it is one of the best hotel option in South Tangerang. Not so far from City Hall and Mayor Office. Near to Ocean Park.

It was a nice stay for 2 nights. The hotel was very clean with very friendly staff. They were accommodating. It was also nice that the hotel was right next to a mall and supermarket nearby. The room was good enough for a couple, not too small. However there is no refrigerator which was a downside, in case you want to store something cold like beverages. But the good part is the hotel covered free breakfast and free dinner which makes it up for it. Overall it was a good hotel for short stay visitors. Would I recommend people using this hotel!?yes.

Stayed there on Saturday night, I stayed on the eight floor and you can hear the loud live music playing from the cafe on the ground floor until midnight. They need to do a better job in sound proofing the room so the guest can actually rest in their room. The room is tiny and they don't provide refrigerator.

Inconsistance, you kept asking us to pay cash for some room services and laundry; eventhough, we have our CC was cleared by your receptionist at check-in time for any room services and laundries.

Some flexibility on early-check-in for people who came to town early morning.
Food and services are pretty good; not bad.
Easy access to shopping mall and other places in BSD area.
But there's no swimming pool; the laundry of bedding sheet seems a bit concerning.
Balcony is there but seems inaccessible.
