Overall it was pleasant stay at the hotel. But unfortunatelly, the front desk was not very welcoming and I dont know why. She was bery upsetting and not giving smile. When I told her I was not bring my ID card, she just give a total disbelieve look..this is disgrace for customer!! Although at the end I could give my npwp card as replacement but she still not welcoming!

The location is really strategic. You can get a various of delicious food in jalan sabang. You just have to walk less than 5 minutes to jalan sabang. Very friendly staff(this is a very common thing in indonesia). Room is clean. Nothing to complain! Ouh just next to martabak boss! Friggin delicious.

Nice hotel in Sabang area. Close to the famous Jalan Jaksa in Central Jakarta. 10mnts walking to local street foods, McDonalds, Burger King, Sarinah.

The room is quite small, they only provide 1 toothbrush for a twin room, both shampoo and soap were almost empty, I think they forgot to check and refill

The meeting room was okay, the cake is so so but the Suki is pretty good

When we asked to the receptionist, the rate is at least 600k per room per night

I stayed there for 3 days with my wife. Strategic location, comfortable hotel, close to shopping center and I can find many places to eat nearby. And the staff is very friendly and very helpful.

Room was average. The cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved. Room amenities were minimalist. They only provide drawers to keep your belongings. They provide 2 small bottles of mineral water at day 1. Had to ask for more for the 2nd day. Overall just okay.

I am here only for their banquet services. Meeting room is ok, clean and at working order. Lunch buffet is set in the Caza Suki restaurant but menu and taste is minimalist.

Positive: Good room, good location. Near to business district of Thamrin and Sudirman. No worry of cafe and restaurant, it is also near to Jalan Sabang.
Negative: not so helpful staff, they just like a mannequin when a guest brings their luggages.

Rather than the hotel itself, the location of the hotel is much more a plus point. The hotel is located at wahid hasyim, just 10 minutes walk to the nearest KRL station AND 5 minutes walk from the nearest busway station AND you can find sabang street, one of the renowed place for food hunting in Jakarta, just accross the street from the hotel. The hotel was clean with medium sized room.

The thing is that this hotel will provide you with a minimalized toiletries, when I said "minimalized" means you will find only 1 toothbrush avaliable even though all room is available for 2 persons.

Oria Hotel at the Jalan Wahid Hasyim is a fine, cool, trendy and most of all a very clean modern hotel in the middle of the bustling heart of Indonesia's capital Jakarta. A suitable and ideal place for the nowadays businessman to be but other arrangements can also be realize.
The staff is not overly humble as in many '5 star tourist hotels' but fluent and this make me feel more comfortable. It's clear that attention also has been paid to create a modern art in the hotel's itself Asian interior
The food is good and well in choice including a variety of Japanese dishes.
What I need is a place to stay and to sleep and by this i've found myself a new place to stay a home and most of all a new family to be with. It is worth recommending
