I don't recommend this hotel. The front desk staff was unfriendly. I asked a non smoking room but they gave me a smoking room. The cleanliness was terrible. I found out condom near my bed and dusts. The swimming pool was small and full of smoke because of it was part of the smoking area of the hotel cafe. Big NO!

Hotel Orchardz was a reasonable accommodation for the price. The reason for a 4/5 is that the area is slightly out of the way from a lot of things overall might require a taxi to get to anything interesting but thats easily solved with an Uber motorcycle, the advertising photos made it seem a lot more grand than reality, the hotel exterior was pretty dirty but overall the rooms were comfortable, the staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was pretty good which in reality is what really matters.

Because we go to DWP music festival and back to the hotel at 4:00 a.m, But when we need to take shower, I'm waiting for the hot water about 3 minutes. Everything is fine. I recommend preparing the small towels to let customer clean their face, thank you.

Nice dim sum and mutton "tong seng". Rooms are decent, swimming pool is OK. Location wise pretty much close to Mangga Dua shopping area.

I stayed at Orchardz Jayakarta for a few days in June. Lovely staff there, very helpful answering questions and providing outstanding service. The restaurant is well equipped to handle all of your culinary needs. The hotel also has karaoke and a spa nearby.

Its very near to go anywhere! Grab, uber,food,the place itself make me happy because the staff open a door of me everytime,smile,.. i feel so verry helpfull & appreciate. Of course i will let my family & friends knw about orchardz jayakarta. Only one problem. Plss do something about internet connection in the room. Yet the best place for me, worth, very welcoming

Scanning the reviews from others made me wonder why our experience was not like them. these are the reasons why:

- non english speaking receptionists and room boys
- breakfast not included which normally when I book hotels it includes breakfast specially with the rate we paid. you have to pay an extra 85,000 per person to get buffet breakfast. Double check before you book
- foods are yuck! I ordered tofu which is my favorite, they gave a smelly yuckie tofu, which we thought it was already expired. I didn't get my money back but they gave me nasi goreng which was also yuck. do not eat in their restaurant nor order food (room service). I had no choice but to buy kfc chicken 😫
- location is 1 hour away from the airport (including heavy traffic)
- facilities - spa and massage in the hotel is only for men (with happy ending) what the?
- go outside and there is green botique spa that offers 1 hour and 30 mins for 200,000 IDR, do not ask the receptionists to assist you on finding masseuse
- tourist areas are 40mins (with traffic) from this hotel, 20 mins (without traffic)
- WIFI is not working in the rooms at all arrrgggg
- Room we got is smoking room which i wasn't aware when i booked, but at least give it good scent spray for all guests comfort.

Nice and clean general area . Fast checkin and checkout . Very helpful staff . Free shuttle service to Mangga Dua Square and JI Expo . Spa, cafe, karaoke, and swimming pool. In-room dining available . Amazing breakfast buffet . Printing service available and and its chargeable (idr5k per sheet) . Free wifi . Free public PC available to used . There is a LOT of bank across the street . A LOT of bajaj and bluebird taxi at the hotel entrance . But I suggest you to use Grab Car apps coz its much more reliable and cheaper than bajaj and taxi . They use Grab Car more than UBER . Got 24h indo mart nearby . JI Expo only for 15mins journey, depends on the traffic . The room is very spacious comfortable and no complaints . Got HBO tv channel . Complementary water, coffee and tea making facilities, slippers, and toiletries. Smoking room. Got fridge, hairdryer and hot shower . Electronic lock system for doors . Good ventilation . . . Eventhough people saying that this hotel is for hookers, to me, it is not .. you gotta try first and comments later . I would recommend to those who are going to JI Expo . .. . Will stay here again next year :)

Very nice Interior and good location, Service also satisfied me and my wife.
Some things need to be provide is allow guests to dial up international number as we know sometimes people forgot to activated roaming. So, by use Room Telephone sometimes is needed for Tourists. Service, maintenance, cleanliness and other facilities are very satisfied. Keep it Up Orchardz Jayakarta! For the great achievement !

Room and bathroom are good and almost no noise from outside (that is unusual).
Nice breakfast and good restaurant with a good price.
Staff are helpful and smily. A useful cash machines inside the hotel and taxi available at anytime.
Very good reflexology shop closes to the hotel.
However disappointed about the pool almost inside the resto room (promiscuity with dining room). The safe is in a wrong place: too low and when you open its door, the keyboard is going directly against the cabinet door

It is nice , quiet and comfortable hotel. However, I found the WIFI is not working so well even use the booster. Also it is so pity there is no Chinese station. If hotel wants to attract more chinese travellers, then hope can change some chinese station, such as news and movies etc. Also the quality of breakfast is getting bad.

Nice room spacious. The staff was nice to us. We still had few problems, we didn't have hot water on the 1st day and we where at the smoking floor even if we requested a non-smoking one. Still a really good experience.

Basic budget hotel in center of jakarta kota, near the pontianak food stand just around the corner.
Room condition so average and cleaning os also not excellent.
But still ok lah.
