A nice hotel near kedoya area. The hotel itself is good. Not a new one, but it's clean and spacious. Breakfast is quite good. It's connected with a mall, and that is the strength of this hotel. Many good restaurants inside the mall for lunch and breakfast. Also cinema in the mall makes a pleasant experience for the hotel's guest.

This mall had been here for a long time. It was very crowded during weekend. The mall looks a bit old-fashioned and small compared to other new mall. However, the mall often offered something's different in the hall, such as snow playground for kids when it's Christmas, chinese new year attraction, and recently, it had some flea markets at the hall. I think it is quite good for alternating situation. But maybe the mall needs some kind of renovations.

Everytime I stay in Jakarta, I always stay in this hotel. Helpful staff, good services, great breakfast, perfect location. Always enjoy to stay here. There is also swimming pool and well-equipped Gym.

I like this hotel because of the area, all we need can we get in 1 building, it has a door connect directly with mall. The room of the hotel itself is very cozy, very nice atmosphere, lightning, with very helpful services. But when its crowded, there's not enough staffs to serves, you have to wait, sometimes its for quite a long time.

i like this hotel because the location in the middle so makes it easier for me to travel if I want to the south jakarta area, west jakarta and central jakarta. Moreover, the hotel is next to a shopping mall, So, i can easily to find restaurant, book store, coffee shop, department store, salon, kids playroom and church.

Strategic location and integrated with Ciputra mall (not to mention it also close proximity with other Malls).
Plus points:
* Friendly & helpful hotel staffs/crews during our stay (5 nights)
* Free WiFi & breakfast (recommend to purchase free breakfast when you purchase the room)
* Swimming pool
Need improvement :

One of the biggest hotel at the heart of west jakarta, located in a very populated area near 2 biggest college in jakarta, the night view can be quite amazing if you stay on the higher level room, the room itself is clean. The downsize is the staff is not friendly, especially the reception, they seems rushing. They should improve the security by placing guard on the mall access.

Great place to stay in West Jakarta. Mall is adequate to get your groceries, food and local shopping. Hotel room is comfy and clean. Service requests are attended to promptly. Great hotel view too!

Very old Hotel we didn’t use the swimming pool , a lot of ants in the room on the bed also depressing .
The breakfast is nice but they Should do something about the juice blender not clean
nasty.

Attached to a malls, otherwise it needs a taxi to go anywhere else. The roads to it are very busy. Clean and with good services. Breakfast with great choices, even you can do your juice. Value for money. Yes, I recommend this hotel but don't order a pizza.

An old but still well maintained four star hotel, housed inside the Ciputra Mall complex. Close to the airport and tollway entrance to the airport. A favorite among many tourists, especially for business. Guests comprised of mainly Asian tourists.

For me
Breakfast was OK.
Lunch was Good
Dinner was Great
Room was comfort
Side by side with the mall, incase we need something different from hotel menu there were a lot of culinary alternatif, especially for Asian people.
There was a qiblat direction for moslem in the ceiling.
But
TV too small.
Shower was not in good quality but the hot and cold water was OK.
When I put the sign yo clean the room on my front door, the did best.

The hotel is quite old and you can feel that. Prices for extras are ridiculously high. I have never paid that much anywhere in Europe to get some shirts refreshed and this is Indonesia. All in all the hotel is ok for the price of the rooms. I still would not go there again since it takes in average 15 or 20 min just to get of the parking lot. There are worse places I know but right next to a highway cross is not good in Jakarta.

Breakfast is very good, the room itself is also okay. Just the hotel's service should be better. Once I planned to live there for about one month, I paid one week at first, I thought I could extend later, but the hotel never called or emailed me to make an extension. They just sent me a letter wrapped in an envelope through the bottom of door. Just inform me I must check out before 12pm next day, cause the hotel is fully booked.

The bedding and sheets were clean and hotel staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast buffet was decent and eggs are freshly cooked to order. Another plus is that the hotel is directly connected to the adjacent mall. (This offers a few restaurants, coffee shops and lots of small shops ranging from umbranded fashion to watches and a movie theatre.)
However, furniture and fittings need updating and attention. (There was mould in the shower and drains really needed attention in the room I was in. The furniture in the lobby bar is also old and some of it needs a really good cleaning.)response / report this review -

Rooms are spacious. Service is fine neither too good or bad. Tried the breakfast and it had lots of options to choose from. Bathrooms are a bit old and have wear and tear damages

Hotel with gym - V posture gym. Nice place to work out and off course with swimming pool & hot jacuzzi.
