I held an event here and the staff were great, quick to respond, and generally have a nice sense of humor too. The location is prime and the facilities were top notch as well. I highly recommend this location for your next corporate event.

The hotel is in good location. But the front desk officer and their policy is very bad. We book double bed room online. But when we arrive there we were give a room with two different beds. Also they do not treat the guess wel. Also when we extend the booking for one more day their system took a long time to update. The breakfast was very nice.

The hotel was nice. Standardized five stars hotel. Right from the front door until your room, the services was amazing. The security and workers there was nice and kind.

Very busy hotel. Not recommend for holidays. It mainly a business gathering. We requested a queen size bed but they gave us twin beds. And they are not flexible when changing our bookings. Breakfast was good. Bedroom and toilet as expected from 4 stars hotel. For us. We were planning to stay 3 nights but we change it to only one night .

nice place, kind and professional staff, they have kids corner but don't have kids swimming pool, nearby embassies, good variety of breakfast, just two buildings away from plaza festival which you can find a lot of food both in the ground floor and the food court. so you still have other food options if you don't want the hotel menu

One of 4 Stars hotel in the most strategic area in jakarta. Near to pasar/plaza festival. The rooms are wide enough, clean, n comfort. Breakfast is nice but still need to be improved of the variety.

Pretty good hotel; great breakfasts (huge choice of options), comfortable rooms but thin adjoining doors between my room and the next one meant it was very easy to hear what was going on in the other room. Luckily not to much apart from coughing and talking. Location was great for me and being right next door to an outdoor running track is very handy.

11F Room is good but its wall is not sound proof. Hotel restaurant still uses old dishes to serve which did not make me feel good when eating.

A good place to sleep when you have meeting around the business area, the room is quite big and have reasonable price around 100 usd per night.

Very nice, modern hotel with very friendly staff. Cosy bar/lounge. Food is okay. Didn't use any of the facilities (wellness, pool, conference room etc.). Good WiFi connectivity!

I was staying on 20th floor. Very nice room. So comfort bed and I love the view from my room. Also, love the welcoming fruits in front of the lift on 20th floor. ♥️

A very nice hotel and convention venue. Went there for a seminar. Everything is clean. The food were great. I got nothing to complain about. Their location is very strategic. Close to a food court place.

Nicely located in the main road in the city center of Jakarta, JS Luwansa is a good choice to conduct business meeting or being on vacation. It is physically accessible for persons in wheelchair and staffs are trained to extend assistance as needed.

I love the 🍞 pudding at breakfast in here! It's the best 🍞 pudding that I ever had. The traffic is nice. People can drop off easily. The waiter at the restaurant is amazing.

Its good location for conventions and accommodation all under one roof.
Breakfast is almost the same varieties every morning, just like most hotels. So you need to moderate your choice if you stay longer than 3 nights.
There's a huge mall 100m away, full of local and fast food. So you won't get hungry.

Perfect place to to stay in Jakarta. I always book there. There is a food court and a few shop 100 m away. Or you can eat on the place , buffet breakfast available, smoking room too. A Paradise..

Hotel with premium quality, very nice and cozy room. You'll get a nice rest here. I guess people mainly stay here because the convention hall. Their service are indeed great, but it come with a price tag.

For a Hotel, the lobby area near the check in counters is very crowded with people not for checked in. I understand that the Hotel also have convention facility, but the human traffic flow should be corrected. The smoking area outside the lobby entrance to me is not a good first impression especially with the latest campaign of the city government reducing space for smokers. All Hotel guests and visitors have to walk near this area and breath the smoke.

I love the food selection for breakfast and dinner at this hotel, the room are great (it's new hotel, so everything still new) and the staff are very friendly, it's quite expensive for me (start around with 100usd a night), but overall it's great new business hotel in the heart of Jakarta Business district.
