Stayed at Fave Hotel Kelapa Gading, We booked 3 STD room for 2 nights. First impression about this hotel is our rooms on the 6th floor, although it is very small (typical of budget hotel) but quite nice. Unfortunately the AC was not cool enough and low water pressure. One night we were sitting at the restaurant and I would like to order seafood but the waitres said, " it was run out ", so I changed to indonesian food soto ayam which in fact very nice too. Housekeeping did their job very well, cleaning our room and replaced the towel which I hung on the towel hook, where is the GO GREEN Environment program??. In General, nice property with low budget. Thank you to all the staff.

If you bring your own transportation, be prepared to get hesitation finding a parking spot. Some of the room having no windows at all, might get weird feeling for customer. Other than that, the hotel is quite nice.

Sebelum datang saya sudah pesan kamar nonsmooking dan minta early check in jam 11, saya tlp jam 10 kata FO nya tidak bisa early check in jam 11 dikarenakan kamar penuh belum ada yg check out, maksimal jam 12 saya bisa dapet kamar. Lalu saya samapi di fave hotel kelapa gading jam setengah 1 kurang 10 menit, ternyata kamar belum siap dan saya harus menunggu sekitar 40 menit. Sebelum saya masuk ke kamar, Saya request kamar 1 bed besar kata nya habis kemudian saya minta bed nya untuk di join dan dr FO sudah menyampaikan kalo bed nya sudah di join kan, tapi pas saya udah sampai kamar ternya bed nya masih twin belum di join, saya tlp dari kamar ke bagian FO dan Houskeeping lama kali angkatnya, untuk join sendiri saya harus menunggu lagi sekitar 15 menit dan ternyata kalo di join di tengah nya gak ada penyatu nya biar ga kerasa lobang, kan sama aja boong :(
Untuk housekeeping apakah mineral water memang di siapkan di dekat wastafel ?? Kenapa tidak di dekatkan di bed atau di meja tempat tarok flayer2 ?? Apa memang standart nya seperti itu ?? Kalo memang iya semoga saja dapat dirubah hehee
Untuk breakfast nya sangat simple, rasa nya biasa aja, omlet nya kebayakan susu kurang telor hehe..
Untuk kebersihan sih okay, untuk semua staf nya kurang ramah, ketemu di lift diem aja gak nyapa..
saya agak kecewa di depan menginap disini..
Sayang sekali dg hotel dibawah naungan group hotel besar tapi pelayanan nya masih sangat kurang.. Semoga bisa diperbaiki, salam :)response / report this review -

Location of the hotel is quite out of the way. Although there is a big mall nearby, there is no convenient store nearby for basic necessities. Transportation to/from hotel is terrible. Reception & hotel staffs are friendly but could not understand English well. Often I had to repeat my requests slowly and in very simple words. Kitchen is not 24x7 which made looking for food in the night even more difficult. Water dispenser is not working. No mini fridge in the room.

Nice and cozy 3 star hotel, but when im there, the quality of tv cable was poor, many channel not clearly to watch. the price for room is equal for what will u get. overall 4/5 points for this hotel

Just okay for 3 star hotel. Room with no window which is make uncomfortable, wifi unstable and very slow. And the location is in a bit difficult to find.

Just a few minute walk away from Mall Kelapa Gading; never worry about what to eat or how to get a particular item. Clean room, quite fast wifi, wide selection of tv channel. Best for solo travelling

Good hotel, and quite clean. However, the surrounding are not very nice for family and young kids. They located within a walking distance to MKG and La Piazza, but too bad the La Piazza is closed down now.

Reasonable hotel, meeting room has relatively full equipment. However, the projector is very old 800x600, sometimes we are having difficulties with Macintosh.

Good value for money staying at this hotel and only walking distance to the shopping mall and restaurants. Friendly staff with prompt response to serve guests. The quality of making up bedroom was disappointing as we found used cups n rubbish were left behind. No fresh milk available for coffee n tea at breakfast restaurant which is uncommon.

It's a nice great budget hotel at a location near Mall Kelapa Gading. Neat and clean hotel with friendly staff attracts me to enjoy stay there. This was my 2nd visit in March'17 and will prefer to stay in future too.

The location is very good. You can walk to nearest mall. Many food stalls around. However, the room is bit small than other fave hotels I've ever visited (ex Fave Puri Indah) and the scenery is not very good from my room. Moreover I had bad experience with the odor of the room. Which smell bad right after I left it for couple hours.

Good budget hotel at Kelapa Gading's area. This hotel just behind the mall, 5 minutes walking to Mal Kelapa Gading, La Piazza, and gading Walk, and you can find wide variety of food.
Room is clean and bed is really comfortable. Room Service also good taste, and all staff is very kind. The price also cheap but you get more values.response / report this review
