I am not staying but only meeting a friend. The surrounding looks good but it looks like a bit quiet. I wonder about the occupancy rate is low.

This is a four-star hotel? Hmm why I personally think that this needs to be managed better I just come here to pick up a friend, but it seems very quiet here, the lobby is quite 'empty' More like a three-star hotel instead Although the location is quite strategic. Or probably it is just my feeling (in my opinion)

It appear dilapidated. Several parts of the hotel appears unused (the hall light was turned off, piles of chairs stacking up). Gone there for seminar. Tablecloth at the seminar had holes here and there. Toilets at the seminar (15th floor) unclean, dirty and smelly. I think it was because no cleaning service stand by at the toilet. The AC at the seminar was not strong enough.
The positive side: the food was good. It tasted good (and i'm a picky eater) so food is recommended. The glass that was provided inside the seminar room was always clean. Toilets at the ground floor (lobby) was ok .. much better than the ones at the 15th floor. The staff was friendly and helpful.

A good place in the central for few days. Quite nice when looking a part of the city from the height. The internet connection in our room 1810 is really bad. You rarely get connected using mobile devices but using laptop is ok.

Big hotel located not so far from the Soekarno Hatta Intl Airport. Need to improve its maintenance. Some spot not so clean and smokers can be found in many corner of this hotel.

Old hotel.
You can feel the old and not well taken care for this hotel.
